Wonderful old time full service store. ALL salespersons on the floor know locations of everything AND ready to assist unlike big chain hardware stores. Like going back in time to old hardware only with all the latest merchandise .

Love, love, love this place! Why go to Home Depot & Amazon when Millen has almost everything, Millen has seasoned experts that can help find items quickly and problem solve for you! Does Home Depot often send you $5 buck off coupons like Millen? Not to me! I don't see a large markup on pricing either; in fact, sometimes I find their items cheaper than Amazon and Home Depot too! Very friendly staff too.

One of the best local hardware stores. The staff is knowledgeable and they always have help suggestions to solve issues. The store also pretty much carries anything you might need for any home improvement project.

Great selection, far more organized than local alternatives and ALWAYS has people ready to help - you will rarely, if ever, wait for somebody. It is more likely you'll need to politely decline help than to ask for it. Best service of any hardware store in the region. It's a bit further away for me but always worth the trip for ordinary household needs.

A treasure! Been coming here for more than 20 years. Always helpful. They seem to have everything "somewhere"... Often feels like I'm on a treasure hunt rather than a shopping trip.

This is a good neighborhood hardware store. The prices won't beat the big box stores though that can be defrayed a bit by joining their loyalty program, but the service is top notch. I can always get in and out very quickly by talking to an employee. They not only point me to the right aisle, but are willing to answer any questions I have and will honestly say, "I don't know" if they don't have an answer. They stock seasonally, but have everything you need but again, not necessarily as many choices as the big box stores.
