Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have been a part of the region's real estate market for most of my life. My father's L.B. Nelson Corporation specialized in residential and commercial land development, both locally and nationwide, and I served as vice-president of the land division, seeking out areas suitable for development.
I earned my real estate license in 1992 and started selling residential real estate through Cornish & Carey, which has since been acquired by Coldwell Banker Northern California. I now live with my wife and two children in Redwood City.
