Been going here for dental for a couple years now. Great staff, DMD one of the best I've worked with. I still come from Colrain for my annuals. Ma Health friendly
Not worth one star . The doctor is unkind , three hippa violations, I have to report her now bc she has an ego bigger than her conscience and is unwilling to admit her wrongs. Dr bossie is not professional and really needs to go if the center is to be any good to anyone. Unsafe and bossie cultivates an environment of mistrust. She accuses people of things which is extremely unprofessional. Furthermore it is mean and hateful. She Is not worthy of being an md . Good bye bossie. Disgusting
The receptionists, nurses, and other medical staff are all very knowledgeable and kind! I've been here a few times and each time has been super quick and easy. I needed to get a booster vaccine for school and one of the nurses, Shirley, communicated with me over the portal to coordinate an appointment. She was also incredibly helpful about my immunization record and even printed out an updated copy! I feel taken care of every time I come in.
I’ve been going to this practice 6+ months and highly recommend it - I have been continually impressed! It is easy to reach the office, there’s always a good amount of availability, and the receptionists are consistently friendly and professional. The facilities are always clean, and both the medical and dental departments have been top-notch believe me, I know - I’ve been a very regular visitor to both this year. Nicole Makris, Dr. Graham, and the rest of the staff have been extraordinarily attentive and thorough, and I have never felt like just a number as I have at some other places. I started here on MassHealth and have since been using the MassHealth student SHIP plan which I also recommend, if you haven’t heard of it, and have never had any issues either getting questions answered by the staff or having things covered.
Can never get a hold of them! Upsetting! Times get changed with out notice and appointments never get confirmed
This is not my idea of a "community" health center. It's just another option for the well-to-do, well insured Amherst types. Their dental prices are VERY high compared to others in this area, they don't have a sliding scale, they don't take urgent care just long term wait for your appointment and pay through the nose. Very disappointed after all the media hype, delayed opening, and fundraising.
This place is a total joke!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. I got a cleaning and xrays at a dentist and was referred to them for a deep cleaning for insurance purposes. They refused to take me as a new patient unless I started the process all over with another cleaning and another set of xrays and got all my other dental work done there first which would force me to pay cash out of my own pocket because insurance will not pay for 2 separate cleanings and 2 sets of xrays within 2 weeks. Then they would do my deep cleaning. They manipulate you so they can make money off you. NO THANK YOU! I would not even give them 1 star but there was no other option! I called Holyoke Medical Center Dental and they took me right in. John Musante would be appalled that his name was attached to such a scam. Shame. Shame. Shame.
I can only say the dentist and hygienist have been the best I have ever been to hands down I highly recommended them they are One of the best and of been to a lot of dentist I highly recommend them to anyone
So far, every experience we've had at this clinic has been very positive. It's clean, very welcoming and friendly. We've had no problems getting appointments.
Everything was clean and modern. I got the most thorough dental inspection I've ever had. Recommend without reservation - and they take Mass Health!
