The reviews do this place justice. 1. Excellent customer service and quality from the front desk and the staff member Belinda was especially pleasant and very helpful. 2. Dr Carson was very helpful with my procedure and evaluation and truly showed his professionalism and experience. Even while helping others around the office, he is truly WORTHY of his reputation. 3. Thankfully, they accepted my insurance plan and worked out payment plans for me while settling up my treatment plans. All in all, this office is GREAT and should be considered for the future and all new patients. You can't get better than here. 4. Had another wonderful visit to this amazing office with one of their hygienist Dr.Tory and she was wonderful and provided a lot of helpful information about dental care and recommendations for useful products. Just went back for my periodontal treatment, and again, Dr. Tory does not disappoint. It was an excellent experience with a great amount of humor and positivity you cannot ask for a better hygienist or office Very wonderful indeed.
This isn't my first 5 star review for John Carson and won't be the last. Dr. Carson has been gently suggesting to me that I should have a partial crown for at least a year. He wasn't wrong, I was just dragging my feet getting it done. In my mind I had built up this thing being a major event. Last week I finally admitted to myself that I was putting up with a lower quality of life by not addressing the issue with my tooth. I consistently chewed food on the right side of my mouth to avoid pain or potential pain. That's no way to live. Well, this morning Dr. Carson and the team took great care of me. They even let me watch the machine carve the crown. These guys are the highest quality when it comes to dental work and they are full of integrity. Thanks so much team! See you soon for my next cleaning.
This is the most amazing group of caring, compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable dental professionals I've ever come across. From the second you walk into the lobby, they make you feel welcome. You just know they're going to take wonderful care of you. No surprises in this office, except the top tier level of care you receive. Dr Carson is kind and patient, taking time with each of his clients to meet you and put you at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone who's nervous going to the dentist. They make you feel like you're the most important person in the world, and they treat you like family.
Great dentist. HOWEVER, if your dental insurance doesn’t cover their wanted and expected cost, this office will gouge out your eyes and never give you an itemization of your costs with accuracy. Everything is an “estimate.” This is the excuse used to insist for more money. They will give you, yet another invoice, even after you covered all the expenses . Don’t go here unless you are wealthy!!! I am so disappointed!!!!
Dr. Carson and the team are so kind and professional! I found the office through Google reviews and let me tell you, the reviews hold up. I was greeted by the receptionist upon arrival and did not have to wait at all for my appointment. My first visit consisted of a meet and greet with Dr. Carson and a full examination. I was invited to come back for a cleaning within the next few weeks. The scheduling was easy and convenient. My cleaning was pain-free and my hygienist took the time to walk me through each step of the process and checked in with my comfort throughout the cleaning. I fully recommend Dr. Carson's office to anyone looking for great dental care.
I just had my first visit with Dr Carson. Wow! It was the most comprehensive dentist visit I've ever experienced. I'm a high anxiety patient when it comes to visiting the dentist and this was the best experience I've ever had. Dr Carson and his team are wonderful. Five stars all day!
A very good doctor can easily compete with the most favorite relative : My family have been going to Dr Carson’s office for over 15 years. The level and quality of care are off the charts! We are extremely fortunate to know that our beautiful smiles are well taken care of!
Dr. Carson and his staff are wonderful. I moved to Tucson 4 years ago and was nervous to find a new dentist but Dr. Carson was the very first person I saw and I haven't looked back. The office itself is clean, well furnished and has a very comfortable waiting room. The front office staff and dental hygienists are all extremely welcoming, always greeting you by name when you walk in and are professional and efficient in their work flow. Dr. Carson is exactly the kind of dentist I had back home and I feel lucky to have found him so quickly. He is kind, efficient, and straightforward with the care required for maintaining my dental health. He is always very thorough in explaining my plan of care and options available to me. I look forward to continuing my care with him for many years to come.
Dr. Carson and his office are wonderful. I love the personalized care and attention they give in a safe and clean environment. They are warm, professional and are dedicated to delivering excellent care and serive to patients. I would highly recommend their office and will continue to be back.
I had the best experience at Dr. Carson’s office! I recently switched dentists because I felt my dental issues weren’t being addressed properly by my current dentist. After seeing Dr. Carson, I felt more at ease and that there was a solution in sight. He was so knowledgeable and caring. He took his time to answer my questions and address all my concerns. All his staff are also welcoming, caring, and nice. I’m so glad my friend referred me to Dr. Carson and I believe I have finally found the right dentist for me. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Carson!
