I had the pleasure of working with Kathi Ward who is an agent with John Shaffer. She was phenomenal.. I randomly chose to call State Farm to merely get a quote for my auto policy to compare with my new rates. I gave Kathi all of my information and within a few hours , she had given me everything I needed, very thorough in detail with all of my questions! She beat my new quote by far, she definitely made my day and I could not be more appreciative for all she had done! FYI- I had five vehicles and a recreational vehicle on top of that!! I LOVE my State Farm downtown Pensacola!! I just got off the phone with Carol and what a PLEASANT experience!!! I could hear & see her smile over the phone! I called in today to have someone added to my policy and switch their coverage over as well. Autumn helped me and as always she was super friendly and so helpful. It was a process but she made it fast and fun and we’re so glad we made the full switch. She saved us so much money and she’s such a delight to talk to. I am constantly recommending State Farm to my friends because of her.
Miss Stephanie had a wonderful and soothing voice as she accepted my payment over the phone. This particular State Farm office has been more than accommodating to my needs as a policy holder. So, much that they went through my auto policies and customized it to make sense for the value of the vehicle while keeping the important aspects of a policy, that protect me, in place; all while saving me money on my policies.
Carol is AMAZING!! She helped me with getting my discounts and my bill taken care of and also went above and beyond and out of her way for me which is greatly appreciated!! If you are looking to change to State Farm - GET WITH CAROL ASAP!! You will not be disappointed that you did!!!! again.....BIG thank you to Carol and SF for helping me get everything taken care of!!!! :
Moved to Pensacola a few years back and got with John Shaffer State Farm. They’ve been fantastic. Autumn Cabiad has also been such a great help in assisting me with anything I’ve needed in these past couple years. Can’t say enough about them. Great people, even better business.
As a new resident of Florida, I have learned it takes a lot of time and several trips to the tax collector's office to become an "official" Floridian. Fortunately enough, Carol at John Shaffer's State Farm office made transferring my car insurance quick and easy! She patiently answered all my questions, fully explained each part of our new policy, and found extra savings to lower our premium as well! I am appreciative of the kindness and professionalism offered from everyone in the John Shaffer office.
With the help of Kathi Ward, I was able to help a friend with her insurance policy. Kathi was so patient and understanding, as there was a language barrier with this client, making it difficult for her to understand her policy and coverage. Kathi went through everything with her, made sure she understood, printed materials for her, was able to meet with her in person, and even helped her save with her auto coverage! Everyone I spoke to today was so friendly and kind. Thank you, John, and your State Farm team!
Marce Fowler did an amazing job with giving me a quote and informing me what I was going to be billed monthly. She put me at ease with switching insurance companies and helped me through the whole process. I got an email within a couple of minutes of our conversation, which was easy to navigate and do. I don't know why I never got insurance through State Farm, to begin with.?.??
Julie is kind, resourceful and wanted to made sure I understood my policy. I called seven other companies and nobody explained me things so clearly as she did. She also offered the lowest cost for the same coverage.
