John and his family business will be the only people I call for plumbing needs forever. They fixed the shoddy work of another huge "local" plumbing company did for us at a fraction of the price. And it wasn't just the quality of the work that improved, but the visual appeal as well. I could talk trash about the OTHER company, but I'd rather tell you how great John's business is. After being treated horribly by the original big company who did the now-broken work, I was close to tears when I called John the Plumber up PS another company recommended them, so you know they gotta be good!. His daughter was very honest about probably not being able to come out to fix our broken and leaking backyard tap right away New Year's week, lots of frozen/burst pipes in the area But guess what-- the next day I get a call letting me know they can fit us in! BAM, friendly people, no nonsense, all their tools/equipment with them, cost up front, explained everything they were doing and why, and were good company while we waited for them to get the work done. I hope I never need plumbing help again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling! Don't waste time with companies who are so big that they can afford to insult you and lose your business. Call John first and save yourself the time, money, and frustration!!
Just had a fantastic experience with John The Plumber and his crew. John was on time as promised along with a quick clear assessment of the issue on hand. They had the water leak located under the house resolved in minutes for a smoothed and organized repair. John and his staff were very informative and took additional time to explain how our system works and provided tips on what actions we can take to prevent future issues. Again, fantastic experience!
Very pleased with John's service. I was somewhat desperate to complete a kitchen countertop makeover, and had interference under the sink that I didn't feel competent to handle. He initially offered some guidance to fix it myself, but I felt I needed a pro, so he scheduled me 2 days after I called. Showed up on time, understood the issue and got to work. Fixed the problem, charged me a fair price, and told me to call him if I had any leaks. Thanks John!!!
We sent John an email on a Saturday morning, and within an hour he called us back. He gave us a great idea on the phone about how much it would cost and offered to come by on Sunday morning. He arrived early and we were very impressed with his assessment of the issue, we hired him on the spot. 2 hrs later, he fixed the leak in our water line and we were back in action! He is GREAT and I would highly recommend him as your plumber. Thank you, John!
By far the best customer service I have had the experience of working with for service on my home. I called and left a message with the details of what work I needed done. When he returned my call and we discussed the details he set up an appointment to be at my house for a 9 a.m. visit the next day. Definitely not the cable company because he showed up 20 minutes early :. The appointment was quick and efficient and he explained everything that needed to be done to save us the most money possible. The expansion tank on my water heater and the fill valve on all three of my toilets had to be replaced and the price was significantly lower than we expected and far better than any competitors quote. This is the second time I have used his company in the past year and if there are any future plumbing needs at my home I will definitely be calling John the Plumber.
Thank you John!!! I had a bad leak in my bathroom that was leaking down into my garage. This was on a Sunday evening and I was pretty desperate to get it fixed. I had to shut the water off and give John a call. John was under another house at the time, so I left him a message. He got a hold of me a short time later and was able to take care of my plumbing issue the very next day. Thank you John I now have water again!! My wife was at our home when he arrive and she said he was extremely courteous and a top notch professional. So he is definitely stay at home mom approved!! Thanks again John, if I have another plumbing issue you will be my first call every time. - Brett
