They charge triple more than everyone else they're a conniving company trying to get every dime they can from you... Would highly recommend not using their services. Would highly recommend Bev's Auto tags before them you can get anything you need done at best for less than half the price that these people will charge you. They are conniving ripoff artists.
I went to get my license renewed on a Friday around lunchtime. There were only two other people in there waiting and I was in and out with my new license in 10 minutes. Amazing!! Will never go to the DMV again.
I had a pleasant experience. It's essentially a DMV so I wasn't hoping for much, but it's definitely was better than expected. The blonde girl working the camera was helpful & personable. I would go back here if I ever needed to.
I called on a Friday seeking information on notery services. They informed me that they were open until 1 on Saturday. When we got there before 1 there was a sign saying that they were closed. The DMV lady said sorry they close at 1..at which I said it is not 1 PM yet...a very rude lady at the other counter said I have all these people and that lady over there is the last one. If you are going to be that busy on a Saturday then maybe you need to have more employees working at the counter. I was not told by the person on the phone that they closed early if the line was long. We went to another notery and I would not recommend this office.
My father passed away and I took my mother here to have the titles of vehicles transferred. Jessica was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She is a huge asset to your company and really knows her stuff !
Very poor and rude. I am not sure of the woman's name but she didn't make us feel welcome. More like a thorn in her side. We were as pleasant as could be. I pitty the next people in line. We were registering two vehicles. She was huffing and just had a basic attitude. She got the work done and knew what she was doing but overall bad attitude.
Not going to lie, this was an awesome time-saver. I initially went to the one in Easton to get my license taken, and that was full. I drove over here and found it tucked away in the back and was taken in less than a minute. I highly recommend!
