$1200 fridge went up before warranty ended. Problem with ice maker pursued. John and his crew did everything in their power to avoid honoring any warranty or replacement. Home Depot Amazon has better return policy and customer support. These aren't the good old days where you get better appliances from the appliance store vs big box stores. These guys sell junk too.
I replaced my 4 piece kitchen appliances, just waiting for them to come in lol dealing with Ken Hall in NSB was a dream. He knows his job inside out. So much better than going to a box store. Tell Ken Carol said hi.
I started working with John McDonnell in Jan of this year. We were planning on moving to NSB from Az in May. I picked out all my appliances. They were all here in time for my arrival.. All went very smoothly. Working with John was so easy. He is friendly and personable. Great guy. He is my go to salesman. I would highly recommend him. And Johns Appliances to anyone. Best delivery guys are Mike and Kevin. Very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what they were doing . Great young men.
The microwave quit working in our rental condo. We were booked solid for another month, but no microwave. Big problem!! I called John. He explained just what I needed and went to extra, extra length to find someone to deliver and install it for us as quickly as possible since we live 700 miles away. Thank you, thank you John! That was a true blessing! You have my business from now on!
Initially very happy with our suite of appliances. After 15 months icemaker stopped working. 3 visits from repairman who was unable to fix.
Long story short, I think John’s owes me 300 plus tax, the microwave is in my garage, in the box, please come get it All your repair man had to do was respect my wishes and put on surgical booties like all the other contractors do.
Excellent selection, good prices and very helpful staff! Ordered a mattress and hopefully the delivery goes well!
I purchased a refridgerator from John O'Donnell at the NSB store. John was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery was last Sat. and the guys, Mike and Christian were the best. They were very polite and courteous and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to do business again with John's Appliance Store!

What a great experience! We went in to just look at some washer/dryer sets, but ended up purchasing a beautiful LG combo that we absolutely love! John F was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, providing us with outstanding customer service and an exceptional buying experience! Thank you, John!! Great products at a great price!
