My first appt waited 1 hour to be seen. My second appt I waited 1 hour 30 minutes and left without being seen because I had to pick my daughters up. Both times I was 15 minutes early and had to pay extra for parking because my appt was so late. Dr. Jacobs and her team need to be mindful of the times and stress these appointments are and family responsibilities to be taken care of at home. Stop overbooking your patients so you can take the necessary time with each patient without having others waiting over an hour. I will be going to the university of Maryland and hope they have better time management and mindful of all their patients.
