As a world leader in biological research and in the global biotechnology industry, our graduate programs are designed for working professionals - delivering the rigorous and practical curricula they need to advance their careers and academic ambitions.
The Center for Biotechnology Education at Johns Hopkins University is rooted in the multidisciplinary skills of basic research, drug discovery technologies, bioinformatics, regulatory affairs, and product commercialization that the industry demands.
The program offers five master's degrees, graduate fellowships, and certificates in biotechnology, bioinformatics, regulatory science, enterprise and entrepreneurship. We offer four certificates, and our certificate in Biotechnology Education is specifically for teachers. Four of our master's degrees and all of our certificates are fully online.
