Thank you Johnson County Bar Association for all you do. You are a wonderful organization that supports our community. I am a board member with the Olathe Public Schools Foundation, a 20-year staff member at the Church of the Resurrection, and a mother of 3. I am especially proud of my husband, Scott, and his and his law firm’s proud involvement in the Johnson County Bar Association. Scott just finished his term as leader of your organization’s civil litigation section, and he was recognized for that service during your meeting yesterday. I am writing this review to inform the public about three corrupt attorneys in the Johnson County Kansas area. The attorneys are Mark Corder, in house attorney for Cherry Park Properties LLC, Rush Properties, Inc, and Johnson County Real Estate Investments, LLL. All three of these business are Foreclosure Rescue Scam operations. The owner operator of all three businesses is Travis Jones, Mr. Jones has many documented years of fraudulent real estate practices. The attorneys who represent these businesses are Matthew Stromberg and Scott Nehrbass. Both attorneys are employed by the Overland Park law firm, Foulston and Siefkin. I lost my home to this foreclosure rescue scam operation. December 2018. JOCO Real Estate Investments LLC. v. Oliver Medlock. Case No. 17CV00466. Mr. Stromberg and Mr. Nehrbass are corrupt attorneys. Mr. Stromberg forged my signature on a First Right of Refusal Document. Then he stated that that my signature on the document proves that Cherry Park Properties owns my home. and that JOCO Real Estate Investments is an assignee of Cherry Park Properties and therefore JOCO is the lawful owner of my home. Mr. Stromberg falsely stated that he had conferred with me and that I had agreed with the trial court decision. Mr. Stromberg never contacted me at all. several violations of Kansas Supreme Court Rule 170. All three attorneys have committed numerous violations of the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct concerning attorneys. Mr. Nehrbass in filings to the court falsely stated that he attended the pretrial order when in fact he didn't . Kansas Supreme Court Rule 140 violation. He participated in the trial knowing that he wasn't present for the pretrial order. All three attorneys have had an improper influence on Judge Kevin Moriarty. For Many years Judge Moriarty has protected this fraud based business. Judge Moriarty and attorney Mark Corder working together have stolen many residential properties over the years. Judge Moriarty is aware that this business has a permanent injunction file against them by the Attorney General of the State of Kansas. Court file date July 28, 2009. State of Kansas v. Rush Properties. Case. No.09 CV 5820. Judge Moriarty refuses to enforce the injunction A judicial complaint was filed against Judge Moriarty. The case was then assigned to Judge Rhonda Mason. Judge Mason simply continued the corrupt conduct of Judge Moriarty working in conspiracy with the above mentioned attorneys. Judge Mason also refused to enforce the injunction. Judge Mason has condoned attorney Matthew Stromberg's deliberate planned litigation infractions. The purpose of the scam is simple, steal the residential property and steal all of the equity in the residential property. Through Mr. Stromberg's insistence Judge Mason willingly sanction me $500.00 for speaking out through filings with court concerning attorney and judicial corruption related to this litigation. I had an attorney working for me. Mr. Greg Blume. Mr. Blume quickly proved himself to be incompetent. Judge Moriarty told him he had misfiled my case. Shortly after this Mr. Blume walked away from the case. Attorneys' Matthew Stromberg, Scott Nehrbass, Mark Corder , Judge Moriarty, and Judge Mason have all committed FRAUD ON THE COURT. Judge Mason and Matthew Stromberg have colluded together to put may lies on the record in plaintiff's favor concerning this case. PUBLIC BEWARE THESE CORRUPT OFFICERS OF THE COURT ARE WHITE COLLAR PROPERTY THEFT AND EQUITY THEFT CRIMINALS. I would rank them as minus 100
