JJSHLP is a nationally recognized fellowship program designed to empower teams of school nurses and their community/school partner(s) to become leaders.
The Johnson & Johnson School Health Leadership Program is a nationally recognized 18- month fellowship that partners school nurses with community/ school leaders to improve population health. Our fellowship teams are empowered with skills and knowledge through an on- site leadership institute, online education, community coaching, sustainable change plans, and mentoring. All activities are CEU bearing through a partnership with the National Association of School Nurses (NASN).
