The services and attention we received were exemplary. The team we worked with stayed on top of all areas of the process. I need to give my parents a lot of the credit as they pre planned 30 years ago, and the Johnson staff brought their compassion and skill to honor my Dad and my Mom before him. God Bless
McKenzie was my case worker in handling my mother’s funeral arrangements. McKenzie did an exceptional job at explaining in detail how everything was priced, arranged, what was available and was patient in answering all questioned we had for her. She also called to check and see how things were going throughout the week of. The staff was also very kind and generous. They communicate with one another well and was on top of everything. I am very grateful for their help and guidance. Thank you McKenzie and Johnson’s Funeral Home.

Our family has used Johnson Funeral Home in the past and this Funeral was everything we expected of Johnson's. Great service and kindness throughout the process. If it was possible to give a no star review I would. My mother was rushed into the funeral arrangements and the obituary was not published in the paper after my mother went back and told them to do that. My Granny was a nurse for over 40 years, and we were not informed about the Nurses Honor Guard of the Concho Valley, who come out to honor nurses at their funeral. Pictures were left off of the video memorial at the viewing, and the director told my mother DURING THE VIEWING that the casket was not going to be opened at the funeral we made sure that it would be. We were also told by the Director 20 hours before the funeral was supposed to happen that we had to be paid in full or there would be no funeral that’s a direct quote from the director, when they could have let us know ahead of time that if they even suspected there would be a problem she could have let us know ahead of time so we could arrange for payment. Do not use Johnson’s Funeral Home!!!! The director absolutely does not need to be in such a position if she cannot conduct herself in a more professional and compassionate manner to be dealing with grieving families.
Thank you all for your kind words and treatment of our mother. Your establishment is very beautiful and heart warming. We were treated very well and we felt the compassion from the staff. We really appreciated the opportunity to be able to dress our mother, that will live forever in our hearts. We want to give a great big thanks to Ms Lopez for making our arrangements for our mother easy and for working well with us in preparing our final farewell for our mother, your compassion helped ease our pain and sorrow. Thank you all so much.
The staff at Johnson's Funeral Home is very caring. Our funeral director, Chris, was very patient with us. He helped us with every detail to make sure everything was exactly the way my mother would have wanted it. The entire staff made sure that we were handling everything ok. They were all very caring and respectful.
Johnsons Funeral Home did a wonderful job with my Dads funeral. very professional and courtesy. They also honored the burial policy that my mom and dad had that was very old. we are so very pleased with every experience we had with Johnsons funeral home
