Johnson University Florida is a higher education institution located in Kissimmee, Florida affiliated with the Independent Christian Church. The University provides non-denominational conservative Christian education ranging from preaching to elementary education. The school was founded in 1975 as Central Florida Bible College. The College moved to its present location and changed its name to Florida Christian College in 1985, and in 2013 merged with Johnson University and changed its name to Johnson University Florida.
