Joint Effort is a small exercise center where seniors,those with more than 40lbs of weight to lose, or the disabled can exercise safely and effectively.
Joint Effort is a small, comfortable exercise center dedicated to providing those with more than 40lbs of weight to lose, the disabled or those simply over the age of 55 who wish to remain active a safe and effective place to exercise. All programs are designed by the head exercise physiologist for each individual and wll exercise sessions are scheduled in advance which is the aspect of membership at joint Effort truly unique.
Designing programs specific to each members needs and capabilities, scheduling each exercise session ahead of time provide each member with the safety and accountability of personal training and the size of the exercise center provides them with the personal attention and motivation necessary to reach their goals safely and effectively.
