Jolley's Compounding Pharmacy

I’ve been getting weird calls and text messages now since going here. My experience was okay. I really liked that the pharmacist kept me in my budget.

The pharmacist and staff here are amazing! Not only did they fill my prescriptions quickly and answer all my questions, they were very compassionate and kind. I had burst into tears when my doctor's office had still not sent over my antibiotic prescription, despite me calling them multiple times the day before. I had really intense pain and pressure from an infection secondary to a bone graft, and had been fighting tears all morning. They responded to my distress with concern and caring, called my doctor's office for me and had the situation resolved quickly. Thank you very much for your kindness, it meant a lot in my moment of sadness

I have a rare disease, a primary immunmodeficiency, and the pharmacy told me they would not refill my medications for me because they would not make enough money on the medications. They insisted I transfer all of my medications, even my non-controlled prescriptions, to another pharmacy. I wanted to use a small, local pharmacy but this was a heartbreaking experience. I am honestly devastated and shocked. This was the pharmacy I always used as as child and I was really looking forward to being back. I just moved in one block away and as a result of moving need to change my pharmacy to be in my area.

Tried switching to this compounding pharmacy because it was conveniently located, but there were too many issues. Prescription was significantly more expensive than the other pharmacy. Also, the staff kept arguing with me about making the compound differently than the doctor had prescribed. At one point they said they would call my doctor and call me back, and I never received a call back. Will not be going back here.

Super friendly staff that knew how and did work through the necessary steps to get things going. Not only that, they were super fast and super responsive when we attempted to contact them for updates or questions. And bonus - they will ship. I will be recommending this company to others. An amazing company to work with.

Jolley's Compounding Pharmacy is an outstanding pharmacy with a knowledgeable and caring staff. Benjamin, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to make sure my family had the medication we needed. He was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and service we received at Jolley's. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of personalized care and attention.

Jolley’s was recommended to me by my child’s pediatrician, who frequently sends compounded prescriptions to this location in particular. When picking up the medication, I was questioned by the pharmacist if I knew the side effects of this particular medication “for such a tiny creature”. When informing him that I had discussed, at length, the side effects with the prescribing doctor, he goes on to say how he doesn’t “feel morally right about dispensing” this med, but since I’m the mother, it’s my choice. I go to this particular pediatrician because I trust her. I know that she wouldn’t prescribe something that would hurt my child or that she doesn’t need. She counsels me about other options, and I ultimately decide which option to take, but I don’t make these decisions blind. I go to the pharmacy to fill prescriptions written by my trusted doctor, and ask for counseling by the pharmacist when needed. Filling a prescription shouldn’t come with a side of questioning my doctors professional medical opinion but it definitely shouldn’t come with a side of questioning my decision as a mother to a sick child. I have informed the pediatrician about my experience here, letting her know that her treatment plans are being questioned, and her patients are being mistreated. The rest of the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I visited this location on July 14th, 2022 around 3:30 in the afternoon.

Not impressed. I would expect much more from a small, "family owned" pharmacy. The wait is very long, and the staff downplays the long wait by making comments such as "this isn't a fast food restaurant". The prices are HIGH. When I say HIGH, I mean ridiculously high. About 4 times higher than our last pharmacy for the exact same medication. That tells me there is probably a significant markup from the pharmacy. The pharmacist aren't very friendly, and communication with patients is severely lacking. Staff to staff conversation is not professional or appropriate when there are patients/customers in the facility. We are going to talk to the doctor about switching somewhere else.

This place is great except for the older lady that has been working there for 16 years. She is rude and short tempered. She tries to make people feel bad and everyone that goes here says the same thing about her. I hate going there when she is working. I try to avoid her when I need to go in. She is unfortunately the worst part about this business. I have since taken my business elsewhere because of this woman.
