Jolley's Convenience Store

I purchased an item at 2 for 5.99. One item 24 0z. Second item 19.2 which was mixed with the other. The sign on the door said 2/5.99....I was a regular customer and thought I knew what I was buying. He business owner checked me out, threw away my receipt,. When I stepped out and noticed I was over charged, he refused to allow me to swap product or return the small amount of the overcharge. I am a single, middle-aged woman on a fi ed inco.e. this kind of business owner is stealing from the poor ND keeping for himself.

I called to make a request and was told it was doable. The young person at the counter was the person I spoke with. He then said we don't do that. I said I came because you said it would be done. He then used the ridiculous saying that ii couldn't disrespect him. Honey you need to earn respect. If you..as you said..didn't understand my request over the phone then why didn't you ask for more information until you understood and give me the correct answer. Stop telling your employees to use the "You can't disrespect me" nonsense when they use it for an excuse for poor customer service! I will never go back to any of your places of business. I am already letting my family and friends know about your disrespect of your customers. Again...respect is not a given. People need to give respect to get respect. Shame on you.

BEWARE! SCAM! I've never written a review before, but I am seriously so frustrated. My girlfriend stopped in to purchase an Iphone charger because she left hers at home. Prices were not listed and my man Art at the register rung it up as 25 dollars each part 1 cable, 1 block for a 55 dollar total with tax. An absolute rip off, my girlfriend was too nervous to say nevermind and bought the charger. I go back in to get her a refund for the scam she just bought into and Art at the register tells me he cannot give me a refund or he will lose his job. I say thanks for nothing. We get back to her dorm room and the charger doesn't even work hence the "no refund" policy. I think it's really fuq'ed up to charge people double for a product they can get cheaper across the street, I think its even worse to sell a broken product with no possibility of a refund. Especially poor college students with inflexible income.

Worst coffee it’s always cold and if you ask them to make more fresh or at least hot you get attitudes. The night shift guy that worked Black Friday night on 12/23 at 9:30 pm didn’t have a name tag on refused to tell me his name and was rude as heck just trying to get a cup of coffee made. They were out of coffee I asked for so I simple said I would settle for another blend and he rolled his eyes got snotty and slammed things around and brought the pot to me in mid air. Unprofessional and very much unfriendly. This is not the first encounter I have had at this store with rude employees on the night shift. I used to work down the road and coffee is a major big job for them to help you with. The store manager had been called several times and no returned calls! I am co ya ting Corp this time around.

Stopped in for coffee, and was surprised to see they offer 3x different brands. GMC, Vermont Coffee Co, and Spreader & Earl's. Jake was VERY polite and professional, and provided me with the the Exon Mobil rewards card. I'll definitely be buying my coffee here!! Very clean store.

Their restrooms are the cleanist that I've used in public, always has what I need. The employees are great. Friendly and curtious. I always go there for my coffee. It's fresh and hot. Doesn't taste burnt. Not at the times I go in anyways

Excellent restroom: clean, stocked, one each for men and women, even has an outlet I'm charging my phone right now!. Decent drink selection too. Wouldn't touch the food though.

Just offered to pay for the person in front of me as they were counting the entire amount out in change, and had to go back to the car to find more and "Tyler" told me "no, I need the quarters anyway"

One of the better convenient store in or around Vermont and live out in Winooski and the employee was very friendly..thanks sincerely DUSTIN BILBY.
