BIGGEST SCAM!! HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!! You pay a members fee which in itself is LAUGHABLE. I was in an accident and after months and years of paying member fees along with my monthly fees I was told that the rental car they would provide was a compact car... Not a vehicle of equal size to mine. I was told if I want a bigger vehicle I have to cover the cost. So member fee's, monthly fees, deductible, AND I have to pay to cover a vehicle large enough for my family. Kicker.. The body shop that is repairing my vehicle is booked until the end of March. The rental they're willing to pay $32 daily for is only covered by them for 30 days or until the vehicle is repaired. So most likely I'll also be paying out of pocket for the rental as well... Customer service is HORRIBLE! No one knows how to get a hold of anyone. Everyone's hands are tied. You don't receive immediate assistance when you file a claim.. but let me tell you they will immediately take the funds from my bank monthly and annually for the members fee. LOL Their rates are far more expensive than other insurance company's and they aren't capable of helping you in a timely manner. The claims adjuster hung up on me when I pushed back to them moving my vehicle from Mills Body Shop that THEY work with.. He wanted to move my vehicle to a random shop so they saved on storage fee's. LOL Worried about their fee's but not mine. He was also quick to tell me without my vehicle being looked at, that my vehicle is being considered a total loss. Total loss for body damage that NO ONE has assessed. Not even the body shop had looked at it. If you're currently insured through them.. RUN!! They are robbing you and will not help you in your time of need!!!
Their customer service is terrible. They don't send notifications or alerts before sending you a letter from the company saying they will cut you off. "Agent" chris smith has terrible customer service skills and isn't helpful for anything except taking your money. Use AAA insurance instead. They were very helpful and polite and gave me great deals for my perfect driving record!
I've been a Indiana Farm Bureau customer for 20+ years. My current agent is Janella Newcomb and she is great and friendly. The office staff members are also great. A lot better than Flo or the Lizard price and service wise.
I am anew member and paid an extra amount to become a farm bureau member taken out once a yr! But it is mainly for Indiana residents and am grateful they made me a member. I love this insurance company!
They are very good about answering questions and giving answers in a timely manner.
Best customer service and friendliness staff in the tri state!!
Horrible customer service. Had to keep calling them to get something taken care of.
You can not get on because virus
Always been there when we need them.
