This morning right after I arrived at work I dropped my car keys and they cracked into multiple pieces. I thought the keys were broken so I called Jon and he promptly drove to the store. Jon fixed the keys in about two minutes and he was super nice and professional. Thank you for the amazing customer service Jon!!
Jon was great! I lost my only set of keys and was locked out of my vehicle and had no way of starting it. I always seem to have a difficult time finding parts for my vehicle so I thought that finding a key and someone to program it would be a hassle. Jon made everything so easy and gave my family and me a piece of mind. Thank you so much Jon! Definitely recommend.
When dealing with anything involving cars, I find it is hard to find someone who is honest and that you can trust. In the process of trying to find an automotive locksmith to create a key from scratch, I was quoted anywhere from $475 by another locksmith to $1,300 by my car dealership. Jon quoted me $375 and that’s exactly what I paid. He was honest, informative, kind, efficient, and helped me understand the process and calm my nerves regarding the misinformation I was given. He’s a cool guy and an even better locksmith. He has my business for life. Thanks so much Jon!
John came to fix a lock on one of our storm doors. He responded very quickly by text , email, kept me up to date about what was happening every step of the way, and got the job done without issue. Professional, knowledgeable, funny , overall great guy! Pricing was great ! Work was excellent and he explained everything. We highly recommend him if you need a lock changed or service for a lockout. Car or home. Will definitely be using him for future services. Thank you for being so wonderful and for doing the job quick and correct!
Excellent Service. Zach was super nice and able to fix my broken Honda key in under 10 minutes. Happy that they are veteran owned and provided a military discount.
I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable. Great pricing. Just had two keys made in no time.
Zach was very helpful & key was made in a flash! We thought we had an easy to make garage key. It could NOT be made anywhere else. Now I'll bring all my keys here to be duplicated. Thanks Zach!
Had a replacement key made for my car. They were early, and finished in less than 10 minutes. Great service, definitely come here for anything lock related, they know what they are doing and price very fairly.
A long overdue review to say how great this place is! Honest, responsive, and fair. Helped changed all my locks when I moved to a new home and gave advice on hardware that needed to be replace. Would absolutely use again for any future lock needs!
This is by far the best key programmers in Rhode Island they are honest and tell you everything up front before the do the job. I very much recommend this place to anyone who lost a key or needs a key done.
