Jonathan focuses his practice on appellate litigation at all points of a case, including briefing and arguing appeals and related actions, as well as advising trial attorneys on procedure and strategy. He is admitted to practice before Missouri and Kansas state courts, all federal district courts in those states, every U.S. Courts of Appeals circuit nationwide, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has handled dozens of state and federal appeals across America in a wide array of subjects, having written more than 200 appellate briefs and presented more than 90 appellate oral arguments.
