A coworker recommended this nail salon to me. The salon is beautiful, clean, and everyone was very nice. When i made my appt online, i picked any nail tech since I didn't know anyone and got the gel x nail set. I wanted to do a wedding day nail trial so I went with a sparkly white and wanted to try pressed flowers, which they didn't have but had these other floral decals instead, so we used those, which was perfectly fine. I cant quite remember her name but she did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back!

We came as a bridal party with a group of 10 and service was good. Had a couple issues with scheduling all the appointments but overall, everyone was pleased with their services. We were able to bring in drinks and snacks and that also made it fun. Thank you!Services: Pedicure
I've wanted to get my nails done here for a while, and was so excited to finally go. I had a gel manicure. Autumn was awesome! I strongly recommend this salon and Autumn.
This salon is very nice and clean, but the skill level and customer service is not that great. I scheduled an appointment, which I had to reschedule. I was assured the other appointment was canceled, which was incorrect. I scheduled dip manicure and gel pedicure. I have no complaints about the pedicure and the person who did it. The person who did my nails was very rude. When I asked how she was doing she just replied with, “you can’t sit here”. This was my first time ever being here so I brushed it off. She asked what I wanted done and I told her I wanted dip and showed her a picture. She asked if I had dip on currently, which I replied yes to. She then moans and groans saying well that’s going to take longer to remove the dip. I apologized saying it was my first time here. She then asked what colors I wanted. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted two colors, two French dipped nails and the rest solid color. I was told by her that we wouldn’t have time to do that ?. Okay, so I settled for one solid color. She did my nails in silence, which is fine. The nail quality itself is awful. The first day out of the salon my nail cracked and chipped. Shape is uneven. It’s not even been two weeks and I’m going to get them redone. Definitely not a place I would recommend.Services: Dip powder
I love the color of my dip, I didn’t really get a good look until I left, as I was in a hurry. This was the first time I came here, I will not be returning for many reasons. I’m not from Ohio. I live in Michigan and I religiously get a dip. My nail tech was very pleasant and nice. She let me know dip was new to the facility. I noticed many things that were done wrong, as I’ve been getting dip for 2 years now and they ALWAYS last longer than a month. I think there needs to be training involved at this location, as I’m LESS THAN week in, as I got them done 6 days ago and multiple nails have broke and cracked. The shape is horrendous as well. The 2 stars is simply because the nail tech was very nice. It was a waste of money and I really wish I could get a refund.
This review in no way reflects the quality of work done by the manicurist. She was very professional and did an amazing job. The salon itself was immaculate and beyond clean. However, scheduling/time management needs to be addressed immediately by the manager. My appointment for a gel manicure was scheduled for 10:30 which I received a confirmation text for. The day of my appointment I was sent a text saying it was at 10:45. Ok, no big deal. Upon arrival I was told the manicurist was running behind, I waited for 40 minutes. I was then told they didn’t have me scheduled for a gel manicure so I would have to have regular polish. I informed them I specifically scheduled a gel and that’s what I wanted. They tried calling her client after me and asked if she could come 15 minutes later, she said no. I’m assuming this is why my appointment was pushed back by 15 minutes since the receptionist told me they do it all the time. I ended up settling for a regular no frills, polish only manicure and I was there for two hours total. That’s unacceptable. Upon checking out there was a girl waiting to get her nails done for prom and she was told they didn’t know how long she’d wait for her manicurist. They asked to reschedule her. It appears this happens frequently at this salon. I noticed you have a “now hiring” sign up which I empathize with the current workforce situation. However, over scheduling your manicurists is not going to promote great employee morale which in turn trickles down to your customers. I hope this review promotes a positive change in your business and a better working atmosphere for your employees.Service: Manicure
