I had an appointment yesterday and was greeted warmly by the front desk. My treatment team was exceptionally attentive, kind, and listened to my concerns with real care and compassion. They were thorough and gentle. It was a great experience and I would like to thank Cameron, Monte, and Dr. Ellis for the exceptional care! I appreciate you all!
I went in with 2 severely chipped teeth and several more loose, needing an emergency root canal. Within two appointments both made possible only because Dr. Ellis was willing and able to squeeze me in between patients, and the front desk helped me get onto a waiting list, my teeth are absolutely back to being able to smile. They were so efficient with scheduling, and Dr. Ellis made sure to take every precaution for stabilizing my teeth and making a plan for treatment in the future. Libby was an amazing dental assistant and made me feel so comfortable. The filling is a perfect match, you literally would never know! I had no idea how happy I would be with the end result. Genuinely felt like they understood and cared about making sure I was happy and content with how my teeth looked. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist, despite being my scariest reason for needing an appointment. Thank you so so much again! Would recommend to anyone in the area a thousand times- so grateful :
Kymberly checked me in very quickly and I was seen to my appointment at a nice pace. She was very kind and was a friendly face to see at the front desk for patients to interact with Monte was a pleasure to be around and made my dental experience very smooth and enjoyable. Great charismatic guy and very good at his work. Shelby helped me get my next appointment scheduled with ease and peace of mind. Very pleasurable company to work with and they provide really fantastic dental care.
We loved our experience at Johnny Fisher DDS. The office provides a calm, clean environment. My kids struggle with dental anxiety and both the dentist and dental assistants helped my kids to feel safe and comfortable. My son had to get a cavity filled that had formed in a tooth beneath his palate expander. Monty, our dental assistant, did an amazing job in helping to comfort him and providing efficient and attentive care to make the whole experience less stressful and expedient.
As always everyone is so great. From the moment you enter to the time you leave. I would always recommend anyone to come here for the professional staff and the family friendly environment. Shout out to Monte as he has cleaned my teeth twice since I moved here and he does a wonderful job and love the conversations.
Be very aware of their billing practices. They will intentionally underestimate what your insurance will cover and in some instances not even attempt to give a proper estimate when you have double coverage. They will choose one insurance to “bill” and produce your estimate and then tell you once they process the secondary insurance, if it covers any of the fee, they will refund the difference. Only they won’t actually process a refund unless you officially request one. They will keep whatever overpayment you made as a “credit” to your account. This by far the worst billing experience I have ever had with a dental office. The worst part is they see nothing wrong with over billing customers and then making them request a refund rather than automatically returning the money they shouldn’t have charged in the first place.
Best dental experience! The staff worked with me to get me in quickly for an appointment as I was moving, the office was super clean and modern and I felt like everyone I saw really took their time with me. I also really appreciated Monte who was so kind and understanding of my nerves during my appointment, don't know what I would have done without him!
Everyone there seems very professional,Respectful and kind. I'd like to give a shout out to Monty and Megan They do an amazing job I would definitely recommend this practice if you're looking to get any work done
Best dental experience at Jonny Fisher DDS! All staff are welcoming and friendly. Kelli, Marissa and Dr. Ellis are great listeners and gave helpful information on keeping my teeth healthy! I came in for a new patient exam and thanks to Tiffany I was able to get in for a much needed cleaning in the same day! Can’t wait to come back for my next visit! :
I’ve never been to a dental office that has cared so much before. The staff are so friendly and kind, and recently helped comfort me through a tough procedure as well as navigating options to get my teeth straightened. And Dr. Fisher himself is very professional and it truly shows just how hard he works to ensure that his clients not only get quality service at his business, but that any aftercare is as comfortable as possible.
