My wife and I have been purchasing our furniture from Jordan Furniture for 50 years and each time the experience was very enjoyable. The furniture has always been great quality and we are still enjoying quite a few of the pieces. So visit Jordan Furniture and experience for yourself the home town knowledgeable professionals with huge selections of fine furniture at warehouse prices!!
Jordan's is an outstanding furniture store, with a great variety of items to shop from. I purchased a LazyBoy Reclining Sofa and Reclining Love Seat Set with a coordinating corner chair, all done via text with Miss Karen K. Karen worked tirelessly with me to make sure she understood my wants and needs, the fabrics and colors and sizes. I moved into a smaller place and needed appropriately sized pieces. Karen did it all perfectly, as if she could read my mind. Communication with Karen was excellent. I was never left guessing. And, when it came time for delivery, the delivery guys came EXACTLY when I was told they would, never any reschedules or hangups of any kind. I certainly recommend Jordan Furniture for all furniture needs. I purchased from them 10 years ago when I moved to Conway and now again when I moved to Aiken. They pride themselves on their customer service and Miss Karen made a believer out of me.
Salesperson was very knowledgeable and had a couch in stock that we were looking for. We recieved a good price and purchased the couch. They do charge a delivery charge that I feel should have been free, but I agreed to the deal. I will buy there again.
Please do not confuse "Jordan's Furniture Store" with "Jordan Furniture Store" as they are completely unaffiliated which is not known by many as you can pull up both companies together with or without the added "s". The actual reviews I have read directly relating to the actual Jordan Store are terrible. Their sister store in Athens, Georgia is a direct representation of the store here as they have the same procedures. Please save your time and money and do business elsewhere as these people are crooks. They completely took advantage of my friend by lying to her about payments, giving her a signature pad saying it was just to select her furniture when in all actuality they had her signing a contract that she never got to read prior to nor was she aware. They are now trying to get money from her that they don't deserve behind this as saying there is a no return, no refund policy and if you decide you do not want the furniture whether it ever reached your door or not they will charge you 30% of the purchase price. She had no idea of any of this as she was given absolutely nothing to read and review prior to. She was called days later and informed they were not only charging her way more for the furniture but that her payments would be double the price that Carol disclosed to her. She then made them aware that she did not have the furniture and could not afford the influx in price then yesterday she was informed that she would still be charged $320. I have never seen anything like it. We have tried to call in an attempt to resolve this issue to no avail. The staff is extremely rude especially Carol and Mohammad. Please do not allow their fake smiles and appearance as if they are pleasant people, fool you.
I wanna start off saying the guys that helped us move everything we bought… AMAZING! I loved there personally and the attitudes from every single one of them! If i could I would give them at Dee 5 plus stars. but the lady who answers the phones… Carol … was rude.. I work with people on a daily basis and I understand you have good days and bad days but after my fiancé and I spent as much as we did I would never in a million years think i’d get talked to the way I did. She is rude and VERY unprofessional. I spoke to her regarding our pick up time being delayed due to my fiancé being in a motorcycle accident.. she then proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me if I was not there by 5:55pm I would not get my furniture. It took everything in me not to be rude back to her… with that being said I WILL NOT be coming back.
Sale person didn't walk with us to much, handed us a card if we needed anything. We left and next day my husband purchased a double recliner for us at another store in Florence. They deliver tomorrow.
The lady who took care of me very nice and knowledgeable. She took time to explain things to me and gave me plenty of time to look around and to decide on things that I was interested in. She was not pushy at all. These people have very nice furniture at very good prices.
I love Jordans. Everyone who works there is knowledgable and willing to help. Expect to be greeted at the door like all furniture places, but then actually be left alone. They are willing to help bit respect your space which is a nice change over many furniture stores. Not the cheapest in town but maybe the best quality.
Always love going into Jordans Thay are always very nice and helpful the Furniture is high quality and the prices are very reasonable I highly recommend Jordans Furniture store
