We were happy the moment we walked in! We were soon greeted by Jay Maher, a friendly and patient sales associate with a huge knowledge about all things furniture. He could not have been more helpful. We were hoping to find a sectional sofa but had some constraints as to where it would look best in our living room. Once Jay knew what style, size and price point we were looking for he went to work. He expertly ushered us to the rooms with our best options, and helped us winnow down our choices and answered all our questions. We were worried that our room constraints would limit our possibilities. But Using our room dimensions Jay was able to come up with the perfect creative solution, one we would never have thought of. He then “built” the sectional step by step, helping us choose the right fabric, legs, cushion firmness, arm rests etc until we had the sectional of our dreams. We are so pleased to have had his expertise and experience in making this decision. He is a gem and Jordan’s furniture is lucky to have him. Also must mention Claudette at the Service Desk. She was super helpful and friendly as we were checking out. She has a great smile and a welcoming way with customers. A beautiful beginning and ending to our furniture buying experience! Thank you Jay and Claudette!
I’ve purchased Jordan’s furniture in the past, and always have been satisfied. I just got my second couch. This past week. Our sales associate was Dee and she was fantastic. It was a pleasant experience without the hard sell.
Everyone I dealt with from the person who welcomed us in to the salesman who helped me purchase my sectional was top notch. I had never been to the Reading location before and the woman who greeted us at the door was so excited to tell me everything about the store and where to find everything. She was an absolute delight. The store is beautiful and the selection is phenomenal! If you can't find something here that suits you...it doesn't exist! I may have to buy a bigger house so I buy more furniture :
Walked into the Jordan’s store in Reading and quickly found the sleep lab. It was a bit overwhelming at first because it’s huge and they have a ton of inventory. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long before, Deb, introduced herself and helped us to get started. They have a cool tech system that asks you about your preferences and then does a body scan to see where your pressure points are and what type of supportive mattress you would need. Based on that info, Deb helped us try 5 different mattresses including memory foam, latex foam, and traditional coil mattress. From those five, we did a process of elimination, trying out the five mattresses and indicating which we liked and which we could rule out until we found our match. Deb was super knowledgeable and patient with us. I think we were workin together for about an hour, she never rushed us, gave us time to process, and didn’t feel like she was selling us/or pushing a sale. It was great.
I’ve been a longtime customer of Jordan’s furniture always happy with my purchases durable, fashionable, lasts Forever! This visit was finding accent pieces for my limited space hallway …I found them my sales person was excellent very helpful & knowledgeable about the product & locations of where I could go & find exactly what I want great experience once again
Honestly I never write reviews. I’ve always hated looking for mattresses. Each manufacture and each product they sell is marketed differently. With different names, features, etc. with little to no ways to actually compare and understand the differences between beds from different manufacturers. Here they took a scientific approach. They have you step into the machine measure pressure points. I was working with Ben defined the bed for me and my girlfriend. And it was an absolutely wonderful experience. None of this does it feel better, softer or firmer? But instead explaining what to look for. This sound silly, but it to me it made a big difference. I highly recommend you at least go check out the store if you’re looking for mattresses and I highly recommend you book an appointment at a time.
Larry was so helpful and fun throughout the entire process! He was so knowledgeable and patient with us. We felt comfortable selecting each piece of new furniture for our living room, dining room and daughters bedroom. Larry was thoughtful of the girls bunk bed selection and cautioned us about safety when it came to picking out the thickness of the beds. We appreciated all your assistance and support while we were making important decisions for our home. Thank you so much! We can’t wait for everything to deliver!!
I went in the store to see a sectional I liked online. Jerry the sales associate took me to see it and then helped me pick a recliner for my husband. He knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me several that matched my wishes. He brought the swatch for the couch fabric to make a good match. Very helpful and he was very knowledgeable. Great experience!
Had a great experience at Jordan's. I was able to walk around without being hounded for a sale. I was allowed to explore and see the furniture for myself. Ended up buying a new, long-overdue bureau. My experience with Mike and Jay were great throughout my stay. The quality looks amazing. I am happy with my purchase and would return to buy again.
We were greeted upon entering the store by Jay. He was extremely pleasant and listened to what we were interested in seeing. Jay took the time to walk us thru the different areas identifying what may fall into our vision. We were successful. Jay then explained the warranties available & our payment options. Jay was great.
