I went to buy a much needed couch and get the last piece, a bureau, for the bedroom set I bought earlier in the year. Liz McDonald helped me and she was fantastic. She helped me by showing me around, narrowing down my choice, and providing great insight into what each couch was, how it fit, what it was made if, and the options. I was able to easily select the options I preferred color, fabric, sides, pillow type and color,etc. The bureau was known as it was the one from the set I previously purchased. Liz brought me to it to make sure it was the one I wanted. Liz also took the time to show my friend recliners and my friend will be back to get one. I bought both the bureau and a couch. The overall experience was easy and very good with Liz - she was great.
The selection is huge and the salespeople don’t annoy you by following you around but they are there when you need them. Love my new hutch, dining room chairs and living room sectional I picked out. The delivery time frame is really quick too which I love because I get to see all the new items quicker than I expected in my home. We bought our bedroom set from Jordan’s 26 years ago and knew we were going back there for our new furniture after the renovations we recently made to our home. Love Jordan’s furniture.
Great customer service both online and in store. I bought one from the warehouse online. It just wasn’t a good fit comfort wise. I went to a store and the selections available are endless. Peter was fanatic helping me find the perfect couch. I was able to return it and schedule my new delivery the same day. I do wish they took your old couch, especially for people with disabilities. It makes it tough to do yourself, find a friend, or pay extra money to have someone else do it. It would be great to have an ADA program.
Josh was amazing! He took the time to explain the different types of mattresses they carry and was super nice and funny the whole time. No pressure to upgrade or anything like that, and we ended up purchasing the first mattress he showed us. Josh gave us amazing customer service and we’re extremely excited to have our new bed delivered.
Extremely well planned and ease of reviewing options for living room furniture. Sandy Burke guided us through our options and took the time to address our concerns - would recommend Interior Design Service when looking to change furnishings. Very pleased with flow of appointment and of course our purchases.
Fastest and easiest purchase ever made at a furniture store! I explained to Jesse in the Sleep Dept what I was looking for and not looking for and he brought me to exactly what I was looking for, and at a great price! After having gone to 2 other furniture stores, I knew immediately that I had what I was looking for! Purchase was made with in 10 minutes after arriving in the store! Totally impressed with store, employee, and continuous follow up in email on my upcoming delivery. Great experience!
Meryl was our representative and she was extremely knowledgeable about all info about every question we asked. She understood exactly what we were looking for and what we were not looking for. She was so patient with us. I will definitely come back and only work with her when I purchase more furniture.
Our Sales rep Dominic was excellent! He was pleasant and has the patience of a saint. He was also very helpful, knowledgeable and able to understand exactly the style of living room furniture and associated options that I was shopping for. I am looking forward to delivery of my new furniture in September. My husband and I are long time satisfied customers of Jordan’s Furniture.
After a few questions and assessment of my needs, Steve, the salesman quickly brought me to some mattresses to try out. I picked one and it was an efficient process. Steve didn’t try to steer me to anything, he just tried to find out what might fit my needs and he showed me a few options. I liked the low pressure approach.
We purchased a new mattress from Jordan’s recently. The sleep lab technicians Bill Reynolds & Kathy Kelly were both informative and easy to deal with. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Hard to beat their customer service. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.
