Let me start with the statement that our whole house is furnished with furniture purchased at Jordan's. We love the store, the service, and the people. We just purchased a new dining room set. We had to wait a few weeks for it, but it was in before expected. The delivery team was fantastic. They had to assemble the table, and they were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were friendly and efficient. Jordan's is a top notch company to deal with. I can't wait for our new bedroom set to be delivered next month.

They provide good service/ assistance. If you're looking for customizable furniture, this is the best place to go! I love the quality of their furniture. With regards to the delivery, it will take at least five 5 months for a sofa, especially when it is customized. So it still basically depends on the availability.

Loved my experience and sales person Berta! We were in a time crunch to get a couch so it was done with my wife virtually. Berta was super helpful with measurements and moving ottomans around so that my wife could get a visual. I waffled back and fourth on a 90 or wedge for the couch and they were super accommodating. This we definitely be our go to furniture store moving forward. Did I mention Berta is awesome!

My wife and I have always loved this store and have furnished our home with many items from here. The selection is fantastic and the helpful staff even better. We just went back for a new mattress set and their prices were the best around.

I saw the couch I wanted in line but wanted to see it in person. I loved that I could determine on line that it was available at the Nashua location. The couch was exactly as it was on line and the comfort and quality better than I expected. There was also an accompanying chaise which I was looking for but did not realize was available - so happy! They also had a swivel chair that was perfect so I was able to get the entire set I wanted in one place with matching fabric. So many choices!!! The team member who assisted us  molly was so patient and helpful. She helped me pick out the colors and fabric and even showed me her sectional that had the same beautiful cream color. She looked at photos of our home,  waited while we phoned a friend, and helped us to check out our options- every couch and swivel chair until we were comfortable with our decision. The process was quick, professional and fun. I love shopping at Jordan’s. Thank you to everyone on the team. I so prefer this to on line shopping and so thankful to be able to try everything before buying it!

The sales associate, Mike, who assisted us was wonderful. There was absolutely no pressure - he didn’t hover over us or push us to make a quick decision.  He was there for us when we had questions, however, and was incredibly helpful!  He ended up helping us find the perfect sofa sectional for our space. And Mike made the purchase process very simple and fast.  As a side note, I happen to learn somewhere along the way that Mike is a veteran. And, I am pleased to see a company like Jordan’s honoring the service of our military men and women..

I had a fabulous experience as a Jordan’s customer. They were even kind enough to send pictures of the leather to verify it was the right color before they delivered just to be safe. That kind of attention to detail made me feel very taken care of. Delivery went off without a hitch. Needed the sofa on the second floor in a tough spot to get to, and they parked it without damaging the goods. Count me impressed. Two thumbs up 5/5 would recommend.

I had purchased a kitchen set a few months ago and have had Jordan’s out to repair and then replace it a couple of times but the set was just not made well. Nothing that was Jordan’s fault. Their people were wonderful. They credited me that set and I went yesterday, found a beautiful one with the help of Kevin M who really knows his inventory. It is being delivered Thursday and they are picking up the old one. The customer service is outstanding and I would recommend them to everyone.

We went to Jordan’s to look for new mattresses. Karen S. helped us . She was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. She answered all our questions and concerns. We were going to go to a few other places, Jordan’s was our first stop. Because Karen was so knowledgeable and brought so many points to are attention, we decided to look no further. We bought two mattress and box spring sets. Thank you Karen!!! I feel very confident in our purchase.

Steve was the best!  He spent the appropriate amount of time with us to ensure the couch we bought was perfect for us. After several laps around the store, during which we had a blast testing sofas and sharing family stories, we found it. It was delivered recently and it is indeed the perfect couch for our home and family. Thank you so much for your time and attention Steve. Jordan’s is very lucky to have you.
