Jordan Valley Emergency Room

I came in to the urgent care first at around 7:25 waited 15 minutes they took me straight to the emergency site, I came here with level 12 abdomen pain, I waited 3 hours in the waiting room. I watched people go in and out most came after after me. I ended up being the last person just waiting. I guess my pain wasn’t severe enough. After my father spoke up to the ladies at the front desk they decided to get a blood and urine test. Still having to wait 30 min after that. I personally wouldn’t come to this ER again but I waited a I knew the drive and wait time at another hospital would be a longish wait to. If you can save your time and just go to a different hospital do not just wait for hours.

They were very sweet and made me feel at ease considering I was terrified. Travis was such an amazing nurse he was so sweet. The dr. Explained everything he was gonna do very well and was very gentle. I was in an out in an hour and on the mend.

Worst experience with a business as a whole. Front desk rude and unhelpful. Nurses shortempered, never around and willing to make you look like a junkie for a vain. You'll wait over an hour in the ER to speak with a doctor who talks down to you and dismisses questions. Set up a payment plan with Billing and they can't even get that right. I was promised it was an auto withdraw and they've been taking my money, but got a letter in the mail for a final notice on my bill. I called to be told I have to set up a different payment plan with them. Just a joke. Only come here if you're okay with dying in a hospital bed and leaving a nightmare for your family.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Absolutely Horrible ER experience, don't ever go here if you want treatment. You will most likely die. They have Inexperienced and careless staff and nurses. My Father in law came in with septis, and 4 days in the ER they did nothing, they did not change his clothes, no antibiotics, and not even an IV the whole time! They only did an MRI on day 4. He ended going into a coma from lack of water and no treatment and passing away from something that could have been treated.

NEVER GO HERE IF YOUR IN AN EMERGENCY!!!! My brother fell on a electric scooter and hurt him self really really bad and I picked up and drove him here and he could barely Evan or stay conscious and We walked into the emergency department and first thing they said was paper work and he could not Evan do the paper work BECAUSE HE WAS HURT We waited there for 20+ min and not a single nurse or doctor seen him Obviously This hospital dose not take there job serious After waiting I got sick of it and left and went to another hospital and right when I walked in through the doors with my brother they got him into a trama unit right away and took care of him unlike this hospital SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

Don't go here! I went in with chest pain. I was sent home with no change in my condition. With no diagnosis. With no explanation as to what was wrong. I was told to just go see my regular doctor, which I can't do because of the holiday.

Worst service ever. I got rear ended went in to get checked out and they did nothing. I let them know I was pregnant, had neck and lower back pain. They just sent me home. I do not recommend this hospital.

Inept nurses and doctors, waited 30 minutes to get discharge papers to sign walked out to 5 nurses chatting it up while my papers are in her hand. Avoid this place at all costs. ER visit

The hospital and physician bill you separately, one takes the arm and the other the leg. Should of just died instead of being this much in debt with this hospital. -10 stars

My husband broke his collar bone and went to this ER as it is what our insurance covers. He was there for 4+ hrs. They did an x ray to confirm the break, however they never showed my husband the imagine. He was not given anything for the pain while he was there. And was not shown how to properly put on a sling. Later we came to find out his collarbone was broken into 4 pieces!! It was not a busy afternoon and the staff were all just standing around the desks eating treats. The referral we were given orthopedic surgeon supposedly that specific doctor doesn’t even repair collarbones. This was a horrible ER experience. When we did get into a specialist not the one they recommended they did an x ray which showed a sharp bone fragment that was very close to puncturing my husbands lung. I’d for sure avoid this ER. Go somewhere you’ll actually be taken care of.
