Nice breakfast! Friendly staff. Will definitely be back to try out their lunch menu. Thank you!
Had a great take out lunch! Even though they were so busy, the staff were incredibly kind and made delicious food. It was hard to choose from their menu, even as a vegetarian. Lots of options! Very fresh ingredients, too. Would’ve loved to use the outdoor seating area if I was dining in. It’s covered, so you could probably sit there on a rainy day, too. Hope I can go back again soon!!
quiet atmosphere, cute place, kind staff, nice hearty sandwich. I had the summer sandwich. very good food and locally roasted coffee. next time I'm in Waterville I will stop by again.Food: 5/5
Very small selection of food choices but it tasted great. Service was fine. I guess I see more potential for this placeFood: 4/5
This Is A Great Place For Quick Coffee Or A Mid-morning Snack or Lunch Or Breakfast They serve breakfast or lunch from 7 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8 am -1 pm And Sunday closed. Teresa And Megan Are Awesome. Food is Great I personally Love there Grilled cheese Sandwich and Corn chowder They have different homemade soups every day they have two different soup otions prices are reasonable for this day and age. They have the Vernon which is named The Vern! Which is A meatloaf sandwich on Ciabatta bread and provolone cheese And Kutcup grilled The Vern is very popular by the non other the Vernon miller who used to be when known by the town of Waterville and many people and used to stay all day at the coffee shop by his very caring and loving sense of humor he would make many smile sadly he pass 6 years ago you can check out his pictures at the new Jorgensens on 220 main street Waterville I give this place A 5 Rating Definitely And Highly recommend. Vegetarian options: Has vegetarian options upon request Dietary restrictions: The staff will accommodate to your dietary needs upon request Parking: Has free parking for cars and trucks Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid and family friendly of all ages Wheelchair accessibility: Has a wheelchair accessible ramp
The menu looked varied and interesting. I enjoy trying new combinations of flavors but stuck to the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was served quickly and had good flavor. There was a decent selection of coffee and other beverages. The room was light and spacious. I especially enjoyed looking at the watercolor paintings display by a local artist. I'd like to go back during lunch and try one of the soups or sandwiches.
What a great find. Fast , quality , simple. Amazing space. Growing area.
Went with a group of students from Halifax and had a fantastic time. Food was delicious and atmosphere was to die for. Service was speedy and they offered many tasty options for our various dietary needs. The gluten free wrap was impressively tasty and the reading material was great!
I'm giving a 4 star ranking mostly because of the ambience of the setting. First the food. I did not get coffee, just a cold beverage from the cooler. But Jorgensen's coffee has always been good, so I expect it was the same in this new location. I ordered a grilled cheese with tomato. The bread was crispy and delicious, the tomato sweet and delightful. The cheese was not melted,it was barely warm. Totally not one expects when getting a grilled cheese with several different kinds of cheeses. It was a cheese sandwich with grilled bread. Disappointing. It came with the standard pickle and bag of chips, no complaints there. The dining area is really nice. An expansive window practically covers one wall. The day we went it was raining. But the window is so large there was still plenty of light. There is a sitting room on the other side of the building with big comfy furniture. What a great place that would be to have a coffee and read the paper. I'm trying that next time. There are outside tables and chairs on the porch if you are so inclined. Just a beautiful improvement to a trusted Waterville establishment. The lack of a 5 star rating was due to the sandwich. I was expecting an ooey gooey grilled cheese and got luke warm cheese slices sandwiched between delicious crispy Italian bread. No ooey gooey, no cheese pull. Sad.
Small friendly cafe... It's has soups, sandwiches and salads. A nice selection of coffees options... The business has changed hands and has lost a level of quality, I believe that there is a chance for recovery. And I hope that the new management continues to grow and develop themselves.
