My son and I received superb service from Lindsay, the store manager. She was knowledgeable and helpful as we built his business casual wardrobe - bought pants, tops, a suit and sport coat. I also really appreciated her alerting us to an upcoming sale so we could buy other items. Lindsay even arranged for items to be express shipped to us. I will shop here again. Just wish it was closer.

Amazing customer service! I found myself in a bind, with an upcoming funeral, and no suits in my closet that fit, and most stores having no tailoring until Monday. Not only did I get an excellent price on a clearance suit, they hemmed the pants on the spot! Thank you very much for making a tough situation a little bit easier!

I came here to get fitted for a wedding tux. Elizabeth and Michael helped me. They were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. Service was beyond exceptional. Highly recommend this place for getting fitted perfectly! They found what I needed exactly. Definitely will come here again for my tux needs! Thank you Jos. A. Banks team!

Walked in to get a tuxedo for my wedding, I was not greeted for 5 mins, I asked about a suit, employee pointed me to the area, didn’t care to ask my size. Found one I liked, needed help finding my size. No one assisted, 15 mins in the store not so much as a hello. Going elsewhere for my Tux.

I had a great experience at Jos A Banks. I went to return two pairs of pants. I was greeted when I walked through the door. The gentlemen send a lady to assist me. I think her name was Sara. She was Great! She returned the items for me but she also reordered one of the pants. That’s not all. I wanted to matchup the jacket. She went to the rack after she took my measurements and asked me to try this jacket on. I ended up purchasing the jacket. This eliminates me having to order online. Great customer experience!!

The staff and Derek are absolutely incredible. This is a men's store with seasoned staff who have years of experience. They anticipate your needs, offer suggestions and alterations are perfect and on time. Derek and his staff accommodated my schedule with a family emergency and went above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this store to everyone!

Came in to get fitted, got helped by 3 different staff, all 3 quoted different prices for the same item. Would recommend coming here if you want to waste a hour of your time. Went to another store down the road and was able to get what we needed and out the door in 15 minutes. 10/10 would not recommend Jos. A

We walked in and weren’t greeted whatsoever. Waited thirty minutes and the only reason they came to say anything to us is because the phone rang. Told them we were shopping for a wedding and they didn’t even say congratulations. Then 10 minutes after that proceeded to ask us if we would make an appointment for another day because they’re pretty busy. They wasted almost a hour of my time the least you could do is help me today. She said they mostly take appointments over walk ins. I asked what days were available, she opened the book and NO APPOINTMENTS were even scheduled. I also watched them service someone who came in the same time as me, with no appointment. A waste of time and was treated poorly due to my race. Will never come here again.

I came in recently a lady named Valentina helped me out! She was very efficient, kind and was willing to do everything to help me find a nice looking suit for my boyfriend. She is awesome! I was very difficult but she bared with me and helped me fine the perfect suit and tie for my boyfriend. I would recommend her to everyone that comes into this location! And if you don’t live around the store..it is worth the drive for Valentina’s help! I will be back to work with her!

This review is based on my first time experience of walking into this establishment, which turned extremely well for me. The customer service representatives were very quick to assist and provided me with a great variety of options that I can choose to create my very first bespoke suit. Lindsey and Derrick if I’m getting the name right have been patient in waiting for me to make a decision, provided me with advice of what is currently tasteful in today’s standards. They’ve also wanted to make sure that they get my size as accurate as possible by putting on different individual clothing for different body parts. Because of putting on these diverse clothes, I’ve recently discovered that I’m better off wearing a size 32 for my waist instead of size 30. I can’t wait for the finished product to be out and about. You guys rock!
