Shawna at Vero location has helped me 3 separate occasions and has gotten me both a suit and a tux. She remembered me and my measurements from almost 4 months ago and each time is extremely helpful. She offered to order me 2 different sets of pants so I could try them both on and decide which I like better. Amazing employee!! Also the store often has great selections and good sales.
My boyfriend shops there often he's always getting coupons from them or money off because because of his purchases. Wonderful selection great selection of socks and ties. Their high-end. But they do have good sales and like I said there's always some kind of deal they give him or coupons. They also do alterations. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean I'm well put together I love their displays.
My husband and I visited this store a couple of weeks ago. Very nice atmosphere, very clean and organized. Greeted upon arrival. The employees expressed outgoing concern and remained constant in their service towards the two of us and what exactly it was that we were interested in purchasing. We were assisted with much enthusiastasim. The visit was very enjoyable and we are now awaiting the new suit to be made. Thank you.
Hubby has gotten nice things from other location Joseph A Banks. Today he had a handful of coupons, sale flyer and points. It was all going to expire today so he went looking to see if he could get another pair of the Traveler pants as they fit so well. Hubby is short in stature and thin so shopping for pants is extremely challenging. J.A.B. has always been up to the challenge as they tailor the clothes to get the perfect fit. I can't wait to see the finished product! Also he ordered 3 shirts. Check out the receipt below..he saved $329.52 spending only $148.79!
Usually shop Jos A. Bank for just about everything. Never shopped this particular store and don’t plan to again. Went in for a jacket casual and they had literally none. Simply sportcoats and jackets. They didn’t offer me really any assistance and to be honest I didn’t feel comfortable inside. Ended up buying a Polo jacket at TJ Maxx for 50$. Not good when a customer is leaving your store for TJ Maxx
Shawna and Ty are great at what they do. Their insights on the proper attire for the right event is invaluable. Great job keeping me dressed for success.
Great customer service and a quick turnaround on alterations for the suit that I purchased. Shawna was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
We rented suits for my wedding from here they kept getting the wrong ones in and I was starting to get quite worried but in the end everything was good and they were really high quality suits
Terrible service. Basically demonstrated they could care less about customers or the service they provide. Clear the staff doesn’t want to be there. Amazing this store lasted as long as it has.
This is a place that still have upper quality garments for men at surprisingly affordable price, all amidst superbe attention from sales advisory team.
