Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable but the store tried to scam me out of $140. This ultimately did not happen, though took far too much effort to correct. If this huge ordeal did not occur, 5/5; otherwise 2.5/5. Be careful leaving your purchased items with them. I can write an essay on the aforementioned incident, though since it was resolved I will refrain from details.
I had a great experience. Diego was friendly and very helpful with my fitting as well as making suggestions. Overall a very pleasant.
Very Disappointed , What a dramatic change at this store location. I stopped in to look for a new tie and pocket square for a Wedding and the selection was minimal to say the least with less than a dozen style/ colors of traditional ties. I told the Mgr. I was very disappointed in the decision to remove selections

Fabulous clothing store to do business with! Murray is my guy over there. Knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to really get you the clothes that compliment you. I bought 10 shirts and several suits and blazers after having lost a lot of weight. I drive about an hour to go there because of their great customer service! Thank you.

I like the sales associates here. They are patient and helpful. I had to get a new suit for a wedding and the one we picked looked outstanding before alterations and even better afterwards. Thanks for the reminder on how dressing sharp feels great after the long time in quarantine.
PLEASE READ REVIEW: The manager of this store, Deborah, SAVED MY WEDDING. She was empathetic, kind, attentive, and selfless. I went to men's Wearhouse for custom made suits. 2 months are the order was set up I was told at Men's Wearhouse that my custom suit order had run out of fabric and that I had no other options. 3 out of 8 groomsmen did not have suits. They offered no other options and told me to return the suits and "go in a different direction". The store manager at men's Wearhouse was so condescending she made me cry. I called Jos A. Bank in Glastonbury to see if they could help me. Deborah immediately got to work to find a solution. She invited me to the store and after seeing my fiancés custom suit she told me that not only does Jos. A. Bank have that exact suit available off the rack, but so did men's Wearhouse. The store manager at men's Wearhouse did not check their online inventory, but the store manager at Jos. A. Bank did for me even though it wasn't even her store. The solution was so simple and she was able to help me get the groomsmen their suits. Afterwards she checked in with me and made sure everything was all set. She was helpful every step of the way. Please if you are wondering where to get a suit, GO TO JOS. A. BANK AND SEE DEBORAH. She is wonderful at her job.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great suit buying experience. As another that works in the customer service field of sales, I understand how it is to make sure your customers overall experience is a feeling of friendship that keeps them coming back, and that's just what MURRAY did for me at this location. I know he also needs to make a living for his family, so things aren't just free, but he went above and beyond to get me a huge discount. MURRAY also went above and beyond to get my suit ready in 2 days time. I procrastinated and even when MURRAY could have said there is nothing he could do to get my suit ready in time, he found a way on a Wednesday night at 830pm to get my pants helmed by Thursday so that I would have them for the wedding I was in on Friday. MURRAY made my experience one that I won't forget and will be going back to in the future and I will be referring any and all friends and family who are in the market for some nice dress wear. Thank you MURRAY you've earned my business relationship.
