Had the best experience ever at the Kettering Jos A Banks! What turned an average visit into an awesome one was the customer service.  Tyler is just the best!  See him to get the most out of your visit.  Simply put - Tyler knows and cares about the customer.  He puts you first and foremost.  Way to go Jos A.  Way to go Tyler!

In short: go literally anywhere else if you have an important event requiring suit/tux rentals or purchasing. In long: I have never had a worse experience at any store, and the worst part is that I was obligated to come back to multiple times. At every step I felt like I knew more of what was going on that the employees. The man we were working with did not know what a group number was, pretty strange for a business that does suit rentals for weddings, and told me they didn’t have the option to do that. Several hours later we found it. When picking up suits we called several times to make sure that we could pick up all the groomsmen’s suits, they told me I could several times however when we went to pick them up the day before the wedding they were not going to release them because not everyone had tried them on at that location. Fine but that completely contradicts what I had confirmed several times. Additionally, they spent an hour looking for my husbands wedding suit because one of the employees just put it on the counter and it had apparently been sitting there on a random counter for 3 days not hung up or looked after. We also planned to do the receive $250 in credit since we had a party, we still have not received. When picking up they told us to drop off at least within 2 days of event. Our event was on Saturday and when we got there today they lectured us about us being late and another wedding being late, because they were due yesterday. The old man you know which one was so rude to my mother in law the whole time, I was dumb founded. So many other things have happened but these are the big ones. I did not want to complain until today. I have never felt so disgusted by a company and how they run their business. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSW FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED.

People often complain when the service is bad but often don’t Rave about the service they receive.  I must say that Ryan and team we very helpful today.  If you have experienced bad service in the past give them a second chance. I know I’m glad I did

It was nice to have sales associates that actually are there to help. Ian and Will were both friendly and very professional! I tried a lot of different options in jackets and slacks and they provided great suggestions and honest feedback. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent service and prices!   I was greeted promptly and got everything I needed!   I have been disappointed with the service lately at Von Maur, so will be back here for my business suits!

If you want your groomsmen’s suits to fit, don’t go here. If you want correct measurements taken and written down correctly when you get fitted, don’t go here. If you want the staff to make the right corrections to your suit when there is an issue, don’t go here. If you want the person fitting you to not disappear for 30 minutes with no communication in the middle of it, don’t go here. If you don’t want to worry about getting things on time when you get fitted 6 weeks out, don’t go here. If you are the groom and you don’t want to worry on your wedding day if one of your groomsmen’s suit is going to come in and fit correctly a second time, don’t go here.

I went to the Kettering Store Today and could not have been more disappointed.  There were three salesmen standing around at the desk. I tried on some Jeans “ tailored fit” , they were too baggy I asked if he slim cut might’ve been a better choice,  one man said maybe but never offered to get me a pair to try, another man said what. Had looked ok to him even though I had 8 inches of excess material I’m the legs. The third guy just ignored me. Darrin who used to be the manager would have never put up with this poor level of service, when he was there salespeople fell over themselves to provide service

Maybe it is because I am female but I can NEVER help or even be acknowledged in this store. I went for the third time the other day and all the salesman stood around talking to each other while looking at me and ignored me...its really unbelievable. No hello - no someone will be right with you - zero. Obviously I am not in there for myself but I do have men in my life....ugh won't ever bother again.

Went in to ask about alterations, the person who helped me was extremely rude, dropped my clothes on the ground and didn't even apologize. Left without alterations because I did not like being talked down to.  He ended well by suggesting another place.

Great store with an awesome selection. Ian was very helpful and kind as they didn't have my size but got it ordered right to my house. Thank you so much!
