I rented a suit for my son for an event. They had limited selection due to it being prom season. The two guys that worked there were helpful in making a selection with what was available. Prices are high. It was around $375 for a Calvin Klein suit with vest shoes cuff links and everything. They have some nice ties and dress shirts.
I needed a suit in a rush because my wedding suit was lost in transit. My crystal looked at what seemed to every single gray was the color I needed before she found one in stock close to my size. She was able to rush my alterations for next day. I made it to the wedding in Wilmington, with the correct color, on time. Thank you to crystal and they other two on staff for helping me in a time of need. The suit I got was even on clearance. Put the door was less than a hood vest and pants. When I picked up my suit the next day I had forgotten to find a small enough shirt to fit me. They actually had a 16 extra slim that fit well. What s great experience I had with this store and I’ll be buy my suits from this location from now on. Gray suit in picture, we ended up not using the vests.
The Best Customer Service! Adam and Alexis are true heros!! We came into town from Maryland for a funeral and realized we left my husband's sport coat at home. My husband needed a Big and Tall sized coat and after trying a few other stores with no luck we called and Alexis had us come in. At first we thought we were out of luck, but as we were leaving Adam called out from the back of the store, he found a sport coat on the sales rack in my husband's size. What a blessing!! Thank you for going above and beyound. We truly appreciate you both!

I had an appt. with them. I called ahead of time to get a price. Waited over 2 hours to be waited on because she had to wait on "retail" customers first. I called ahead and got a price of $99 for a basic tux. She rented me a tux for $240, told me I didn't want the boxy tux. She didn't know what I wanted, she never asked. She waited on everyone in that store before us, it was ridiculous. Will never rent from here again.
Extremely Clean. Was As Cautious As Possible With Covid And Did Everything They Could To Make Customers Feel Safe. Outstanding Customer Service As Well. Five Stars Isn't High Enough To Describe How Impressed With Their Customer Service. Jack Daniels the sale employee Really Made Me And My Party Feel Welcomed And At Home. Jack Was Very Helpful In Helping Us Coordinate And Making The Look We Were Going For Possible. Also The Prices And Deals Are The Absolute Best. Jack's Help And Advice Is 2nd To None And By Far The Best I've Experienced. I Will Absolutely Return To This Store And Confidently Recommend It To Everyone I Know And Anyone Who Is Looking For A Suit To Be The Standout Of An Event. I'd Highly Recommend Asking For Jack Daniels For All Your Needs. Wish I Could Give This Place And My Experience 11 Stars.
Can not be more pleased with the attention to detail and service provided to me and my son at this store. Needed a suit for my special needs son for his high school prom. Mr Rudy Love was so helpful. He made my son feel relaxed and welcome. Obviously Mr Love has a lifetime of experience fitting men's clothing,something that is missing from the retail market. He expertly fitted my son as well as found him a suit which was on sale saving us a lot. Individual attention to detail and customer service was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this store
My husband came here to buy a suit and bought 2 suits. We hit a sale and it was a great price. Bill took good care of my husband. Suit adjustment was done in a week. Nice clean small store.
Upscale clothing store for men. My husband's mother bought him a suit from here for Christmas. We actually went there so he could be fitted. The guy who waited on us was outstanding.
