Jackie Kidd was amazing to work with. He took care of all our needs. Absolutely 5 star service. The atmosphere was friendly from the moment we walked through the door. Phenomenal.

My husband and I went into the store today to use a gift card. No one said a word to us for quite a while when we walked in. One employee stuck his head out from the back and looked at us then went to the back again. After about 15 minutes, someone said they’d be with us in a minute. We decided to leave. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

Customer service is great, very attentive. Staff is very detail oriented and customer satisfaction seems to be their main goal. Love the brand, love the fabric, and love the way my husband looks in their clothes!

I went in today to return a suit jacket and I was very please with the service! I was beyond blessed they were able to return and order a different size to fit! Thanks JOS a Banks!!! Y’all are amazing!

My favorite men's clothing store in Hattiesburg! I purchase most all of my suits there! Great alterations done there too!

I wouldn’t even give it a star. They screwed up my wedding pictures and shoes by giving wrong measurements. I should have went to Dillard’s.
