Manager Heather is amazing! We came in the morning before an important interview and needed a tailored suit done by dinner time. She delivered, and then some! She was able to find the perfect suit within a matter of minutes that fit right into our budget including alterations. We picked it up just a few hours later perfectly tailored and ready for the interview despite our tight time frame. Heather and all staff - you are amazing and we thank you!
Went there to quote on rentals prefer pants that can wear a belt and my luck none of the rental had pants capable for belts! Due to me being stubborn and had a certain style in mind I went ahead and bought me my very own suit, in the liking of my taste and so much quality to work with! Expected to spend big money but walked out spending below 500 and after it was all done ya boy looks amazing!!!
This place is really nice and they have quality shirts and ties. The suits are certainly adequate but I will say that mostly this is a place to get a lower grade suit. They certainly work fine but it's similar to that of entry level Men's Wearhouse stuff. There's nothing wrong with these suits in fact I own several but I do think that they used to do a better job with the sales. Lately I seem to pay more and more for suits at this establishment
Best experience we've had buying a suit! My fiance left with a suit he loved for way less than we thought we'd spend. CJ was very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. We can't wait to come back!
We visited the Greenwood store Jos Banks the young girl had no clue measure my fiance's neck at 19 and it's a 17 1/2 she couldn't help us at all; the older gentleman had no desire to help us or listen to what we even wanted he steered us towards something else that was easier for him that we didn't want. Then Erin came in to save the day we walked out of the store with everything that we needed for my fiance's wedding clothing needs. If it wasn't for Erin they would have lost our sale and business forever she was very helpful knowledgeable and customer service friendly thank you Erin for your commitment to customer service and helping us.
Awful! We went to book our wedding, and were treated like scum. They would not even talk to us. Dave was the specialist on duty, and the only comment he would make was that we should rent costumes instead of suits. Yes real professional. Sad thing, I already knew what I wanted form the website, but I can`t book a wedding without their assistance. They lost out on booking a wedding, where we were renting 9 suits.
Keith was the associate who helped me decide to purchase a suit and he cut me a great deal. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt valued as a customer. It also didn't feel like the people there were out for every dollar I had. Their service is certainly noteworthy and I will be going back.
Bought two suits from Bank's store in Winnetka Illinois in July. When they were altered as per the manager, they were undersized and looked bad on me. Took them to Erin at Greenwood store who had them re-altered for free! They fit! My wife and I are happy . Tom. Connersville
Clothes are high quality. Nice service. The only thing I was mad over was I had to pay for altercations... if I'm going to spend $500+ on a complete suit I shouldn't need to pay for the altercations, Just a thought.
My first two experiences were amazing but my,most recent one with an older man was not so good. He was very rude and was not glad to meet the needs of me and my groomsmen.
