They are ultimately Men Warehouse- same company-but they are three time the cost and Zero service! Custom suits mis-measured and had to be reordered twice and still not delivered! Service is horrible!!! Even getting a refund was disastrous! I had been buying from Jos A. Bank for decades but I will NEVER EVER EVER buy here again! Save your time and money and just go to Men’s Warehouse.
I visited this location after calling them and asking if they tailored pants. I went in at 2:15pm on July 25 Tuesday and told the guy what I needed. He then left to go towards the back of the store for 5 minutes and them came back to tell me and the other guy that works there what I needed. The other guy may no attempt to help or even say that he was busy. After standing there for another 5min - I left. I just started working very close to this location and will never go back. Sak’s and SHAIA’S, will actually greet you and ask if you need help.
Dakota, Lamar, and Jeffrey were absolutely amazing. I needed a suit last minute, and they took care of everything with professionalism and efficiency. I have always received great customer service from this location, and my recent experience was no different.
Worst store ever. Only ever had problems. Ordering something very simple.
Had multiple bad experiences with Joseph Bank and this location specifically. Most recently, I took 3 suit pants to get the hemming redone. They were rude and not attentive at all throughout the process. When the suits were returned, all 3 of the alterations were incorrect. Needless to say, I went somewhere else to get them fixed and will not be returning.
I went to this location on Monday, August 3rd, 2022 to get a suit for a wedding. I would never go back. If you are spending the money these suits cost, I suggest going to the Hoover location. I dealt with Eric and I wish I had read these reviews before wasting time going to this location. He put me in the wrong suit size because they didn't have the correct size in stock instead of saying we may need to order one, as well as seeming like I was bothering him by asking him questions. He rushed through my measurements and fitting, as a result, I had to call back to ask a question, only to resort to him hanging up in my face. Needless to say, I got a refund before the transaction went any further and took my business to the Hoover store. This location needs to work on its customer service skills and if you don't have something in the store say that instead of putting a customer in a suit that doesn't fit to obtain their money.
5 stars for Sharanda! She was incredible at her job and ensuring that I got the best absolute service while I was there. If you need help at this store, this review is here to tell you to ask for her, she will make sure you get what you need period.
We went in this morning needing 2 suits for a funeral. The store was busy, phones were ringing, yet we received the most fantastic, personable customer service. Both pants required hemming, which was to be completed by Monday. We called about an hour later to let them know services were Sunday, and the pants were already hemmed! The staff offered their condolences, and were truly a joy to interact with. The sale was awesome, and they let us know how to get the most for our money. We will go back to this store every time the need arises. Thank you for everything.
Very well staffed and, for the most part, the people working here make a very good effort to help as much as possible but k feel there is a very strong disconnect with product knowledge or a solid working understanding of the general sense of what is ultimately the most appropriate attire is various circumstances. The clothes are a little high for an upper mid-level line of a fairly well made mens line. You can always find a good sale going on that ultimately makes shopping here a pretty good value. Big downside is the charges for alterations. Even if you buy a suit here, you are charged to hem your pants; that is insulting.
Wonderful costumer service they got everything perfectly fitted finding me a great deal and the perfect tux. Will most definitely be going back there!
