Recently been purchasing all my suits here in Millbury. Great staff, very knowledgeable. Great help, not pushy or trying to make a sale. Always suggests great accessories. Talk to Shawn! He has sold me a few suits now and I am never pressured into anything. Always trying to help me find what I’m looking for and never trying to get me out of the store.
Buying a suit is really not my 'thing' and this is the perfect place. The clerk found me a suit that I liked, my wife loved. I came out of the dressing room, they had picked out two shirts and all I had to do was give my blessing to one tie over another. The clerk I'm sorry that I didn't get his name gave me every discount he could conjure up but I don't mind paying for quality product and service. When I get over the sting of the pricetag, I'll probably come back and move it up to 5 stars.
Good selection, but groomsmen party beware. Make sure that when you chose someone to let help you, that you know what hours they work. Because you will be limited to being helped by that one person, and will be told to wait until they are working to go in for measurements, pick up your order, etc. Not very accommodating. I’m assuming the associates are paid on commission since their not willing to help with sales they didn’t make. Gave a three star because the person who did help us was super nice, but sadly has very limited hours.
Great experience shopping in Millbury today. Customer service was exceptional. The store manager greeted me at the door and helped me find the perfect suit at a great price. I’m very happy with my purchase. The tailor altered the suit perfectly.
They need training in customer service. Acknowledge the customer when they walk in. Even if you are busy, it's easy to smile to say "I'll be right with you". After waiting 20 minutes, and getting measured quickly, a jacket was picked out, thrown on the counter, and the salesman went to help someone else. After another 10 min, we left. AWFUL customer service. There are plenty of other places that sell nice suits.
Long story short, Joe and the Jos A Bank folks made our group of guys from all around the country look great and made the process easy. Went here for suits for my wedding. I've previously had terrible experiences with Men's wearhouses in the past but needed somewhere that was naitonwide for scattered groomsmen. Joe was great. He set up a group account with notes to other stores on the specifics, helped set up appropriate pricing, etc. He also knows his stuff. Custom suits can have an overwhelming number of options and he really made the process simple and made us all feel good about how we looked. Probably where I will buy every suit from now on.
Bought a tailored pair of slacks, a tie & two shirts one tailored and and that didn’t need it. They left the one that didn’t require tailoring out of my bag. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with them getting the run around. At one point they were denying I was a customer at their store. At the end they said it’ll arrive by Friday. I HAD THE SHIRT IN MY HAND AT THE REGISTER. NO SHIPPING WAS NEEDED. DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go there again. You shouldn’t either. Stay away. Far away!!!
highly recommends this location mainly because of how great Joe V the assistant manager works with me. High quality clothing and even better customer service from Joe thanks for all your help keep up the great job!
