I had a good experience here picking out and ordering two new suits. The sales team was polite and helpful and adjustments were completed quickly. The suits are wonderful and cost was less than I was expecting when purchasing on a sale.
I went in looking for a suit for an interview and was greeted right away by Danny. He asked if we needed assistance but let us browse without interruption until we called him over for his help. After I explained my situation and budget he found an excellent suit to try on. He asked a few questions about the fit and marked it for tailoring. I asked for help finding a few shirts and ties to pair with it and he had 8 excellent combinations chosen and laid out by the time I finished changing! Everything said and done, my total was only $3 above my initial budget an impressive accomplishment in my opinion! Danny's knowledge, expedience, salesmanship, and charisma are some of the best I've seen in quite awhile. He will do great things for the reputation of the Jos. A Bank brand and it is thanks to him that I will feel confident at my interview. Give this man a raise and a bigger office! Thank you so much, Danny!
38 years old and I have never purchased a new suit. The staff in this store were great. Don't let the tag prices scare you away, they are almost always running unadvertised sales
Called about a return of an item from my brother-in-law after he passed away. Was told it would be no problem. When i came in, much later, they wanted to do nothing. When I mentioned the call, they offered less than %15 of the price, and maybe %40 of a typical sale price. I have purchased many suits from Jos. A. Banks. No more. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Great customer service by Danny and store manager! Actually shopped here after bad customer service in C’ville. Made my wife and I feel like royalty. Give them a glance.
A great store with knowledgeable, friendly staff. I have used them to coordinate a wedding for groomsmen that literally lived all over the US and it went off with a hitch. Ask for Ann-Marie
Did not make a purchase but Danny was extremely helpful and friendly. I was comfortable and helped quickly and efficiently though, it was not busy at all.
Just like any other Jo's A Bank, It is a nice place to buy a good fitting suit for business or Church. Staff is very helpful and they are in the newer wing
