We had an awful experience with our bridal party at the Memphis location. Clearly they need a new person to measure because all the guys that were measured at the Memphis location ended up with way too short of pants that had to be fixed at the last minute. But the two groomsmen from out of town were perfectly fine. Thaddeus, the store manager needs to watch his staff because clearly they can’t measure correctly.
My husband needed a new suit, so we tried this store first because it was close by. So glad we did because we had great service. Vincent helped us out and he is phenomenal. So funny yet professional and knowledgeable! The in-store tailoring is a big plus too! And the price even came in slightly less than what we were expecting to pay. Overall a great experience.
I recently went in with my dad and little brother so they could get fitted for their suits for my wedding. After a not-so-good experience at Men’s Wearhouse, I decided to come here, and I am so glad that I did! Overall, the staff was amazing and attentive to detail. I was greeted by Briana and she took her time to make sure everything fit perfectly. She was so patient and we just felt like the environment was so comfortable and caring. Can’t recommend them enough!
We had to find a quality suit for an important interview. This was our second stop. We were welcomed and we were given quite a few options. Especially for someone that is not an off the rack fit, this process was easy. Besides it was buy one get one I don’t know why stores do this I mean u feel u should have the choice to just purchase 1 suit for half the price ... but that is a discussion for another day. They have a Taylor onsite and alterations had to be made to the pants. It took 4 days, which is not is not bad. We picked it up and the 2nd suit had some additional alterations that had to be done. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.
SHOUT OUT TO THADIUS WHO WAS OUR SALESMAN AT JoS A. BANKS IN GERMANTOWN ON TODAY My mom and I visited looking for a nice suit and as soon as we walked in, Thadius walked up to us and greeted us with a smile. He was dressed sooooo nice and very dapper, I might add. He helped us find what we were looking for and informed us about alterations if needed. He had such amazing customer service and was so nice, which is something I definitely appreciated and make sure I give it at Kroger on a daily basis when I'm working. I really appreciated this well dressed young man and him loving what he gets to do at work. Thank you again Thadius for helping make our outing an even greater and happier one. We are two satisfied customers because of YOU!
Man, I have to say. The guy here helped me out in a hurry as I called ahead for shoes and a belt to hold for me in the way to a dinner date at folks folly. I appreciate it and I have to recommend because they were solid helping me out.
Spent some time in this store today. The salesman, Kevin I think his name was, he was very knowledgeable and communicated well and helped us find exactly what we need with great alacrity. I wish we still had one of these store in our hometown. Great place.
Prices not so great but the environment is cool, clean place, well organized, great sale representatives and deals are made by buying the full price and second one 90% off. Not much traffic come through but the place is nice
My first impression of this store was that it was severely disorganized and dusty. You could easily see the cobwebs in the upper shelves and stuff haphazardly laid everywhere. I was getting my groomsman suit for a coming wedding. The staff who took my measurements did so in a rushed fashion, giving the impression of poor measurements. I've had some tailor-made suits before and they took their time to make sure every measurement was accurate. This was not the same experience. Upon receipt of said suit, the shirt provided had wine stains on the front and the pants were uncomfortable skin tight and too short. When I expressed my concerns and displeasure, I was confronted the ol' "It looks fine. That's what's in these days." Again... that's a hard no for me. I contacted the groom and asked what style pants he had requested for everyone, and I was not given that. The staff were combative when I tried to make the necessary changes. A few weeks later my pants and shirt were in for pickup. The pants were too long and the shirt was a different style, material, and shade of white. With the wedding the next day, no choice but to roll with it... Overall, very disappointed in this experience and quality. Would not recommend to anyone for suit purchase or rentals.
Kevin was instrumental in helping me find a new suit. Quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. Painless experience that didn't take long but didn't feel rushed either on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of options in stock. Quick turnaround for alterations and hemming. All staff seemed competent and friendly. I'd recommend this place for the your next dress clothes purchase. Will return.
