Went to 4 different places to look for a suit and this was by far the best experience. Cody was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We came in with questions, he answered them and then gave us some space to talk and decide what we wanted to do. He wasn't trying to push us to buy anything but rather presented us with options and gave his professional opinion when we were unsure. Cody was truly phenomenal.

Bought a suit here around Christmastime while visiting family for the holidays.  The people in the store were pretty helpful at the time.  It needed to have alterations done, so they told me that it would be ready on January 7, and that it would ship out the next day. I called on January 8, and I was told that it would actually be going out on January 9. Not a big deal. On that same call with the store, they told me that it would be going out via Fedex, and would take a couple of days to arrive. As of today January 14 it had still not arrived. I called the store, and they said it had been picked up, but they claimed they didn't have any tracking information, so they told me to call customer service. I called customer service, and they didn't have any tracking information either. So they called the store, and after being on hold for around 20 minutes, the store was finally able to provide them with the tracking number. Not sure why the people in the store couldn't be bothered to provide that information to me when I first called. I checked the tracking information via Fedex. After originally telling me that it would ship out on January 8, which was then revised to January 9, they actually didn't send it out until January 13.  I understand that delays happen. What is unacceptable, however, is that I was not told the truth about when it was sent out, and that when I called for the tracking information, they couldn't be bothered to check for it, and only did so after a customer service rep called them herself.

We went in were taken care of within minutes and out the door with a suit purchased and alterations forthcoming. Alot better service than Men's Warehouse!

Very poor and unwelcoming experience at this store on September 03, 2022. The two grey haired gentlemen looked very annoyed that we stepped in their store. After several attempts to get help one of them came by and told that he is so much tired that his brain is not working well and he cant concentrate and help us. He just showed us where all the suits on sale are kept and asked me to help myself, his tailor is on a vacation and i better get the Hemmings Md alterations done elsewhere. He can't even as size me. It was labor day weekend and some of the deals were crazy. I ended up shopping there but wont visit here again and won't recommend it to anyone for sure. The only time i saw smile on the faces of the staff there was when we were ready to check out and leave them alone. Wondering how does this company make money? When so many other reviewers also are reviewing the same way, why doesn't the company do anything about their staff and the customer experience. Update: Sorry don't think anything is going to improve at this store. So won't be shopping here again and will discourage others from doing that as well.

Cody who works here is straight up phenomenal! He took care of me right away and made me feel at home! I couldn't ask for a better experience buying my first suit. He hooked me up with a full 3 piece for an amazing price and got me all sorted out for alterations. He's insanely knowledgeable and has an awesome personality.

I was promptly greeted by Corbin. Told him exactly what I was looking for. He landed me on a nice suit jacket, slacks, shirt and tie for under $200. I was there less than 30 minutes. Didn't try to overshoot me at all.

Ordered a suit and they cancelled my order without even telling me - was an automated email that got marked to my spam folder.  No reason given. No call. Nothing.  I only realized it after the day the suit was supposed to arrive came and went, and then the day after as well.  Needed the thing for my friend’s wedding.  Would give 0 stars if possible. Looking at other reviews these look to be common issues.  Would avoid this place at all costs.

What a joke. Attempted to buy a suit, had to order the pants online for the correct size. Fine. Order was cancelled on the day they were supposed to arrive with no explanation. Went back to the store, measurements taken and assured they would arrive, tailored, in two days. 6 days went by, no pants. Called the store, they are unable to locate the second order and offered a pair one size up. Have to drive back to the store again. Have spent almost three hours of my time just driving to and from the store. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not bother going here, they will just waste your time.

About 3 months ago, I stopped in to pick up a suit for a friend's wedding, and was assisted by an older gentleman, Claude.  He was very helpful in getting the various garments together, but unfortunately the vest I required was out of stock, and it was suggested I try again in a few months.  Fast forward to the present, and to my chagrin, I found out the vest was no longer being produced.  However, the assistant manager, Mariane, went above and beyond to search their nationwide stocks, then secure a fantastic alternative that nearly matched the original.  Highly recommend the customer service I received!

Bad attitude and poor customer service at this store. I walked in and nobody helped me, felt like they were annoyed by having a customer. Then, when I tried a shirt on to know what size I am and brought the packaging and the shirt back out as per the guidance on the notification in the dressing room. I asked two associates where they would like me to put the items and an older gentleman with gray hair, who I believe is the Tailor, asked "why did you try the shirt on if you're not going to buy it?" I was taken back and asked him if he was serious. He just looked at me. I then told him why I tried the shirt on; to know what size I am so I know which shirts to buy. He continued to look at me without saying a word. Perhaps he's not used to people responding to his rude comments. I left the store promptly; I will not support a business that does not show basic decency and respect to its customers. There are plenty of other options out there, unfortunately no more Jos A Banks' in Western NY, but that's ok; I'm willing to go out of my way to support a deserving competitor.
