They are a caring, professional agency who have OUTSTANDING customer service,  and integrity…a seemingly lacking point in business nowadays! When a storm destroyed half of our house and damaged our car, they were on the situation immediately helping to aid us with paperwork and all the hundreds of details we needed to get the process of replacements and information going! We can’t praise them enough.

We've had consistent, excellent service from McGlone; especially from Beverly Crowder who has handled our family's account for years.  Her sense of customer service is top-notch and she has saved us both time and money as our family has grown and our needs have changed.  Highly recommend this agency and specifically Beverly.
