From NY, I ordered 3 loaves of the spelt sourdough bread with the 2- day shipping. Arrived on time and i sliced and froze them right away. I love this bread! Does not make me feel lousy like most other breads do. Tastes great and is very satisfying. Can't wait to try the other varieties. Thank you for all your hard work.
Love this place. And it IS the real deal. Wholesome food from the earth with none of the commercialized grocery store ingredients. If you have IBS and would like some bread or cinnamon buns that won't hurt you, this is THE Place to go. I bought from him once online. When I walked into his store for the first time with my mother, he remembered who I was when I said I ordered recently online. Like my mother said, he could have sold her anything at that point once he showed that he knew and cared for his customers. Try it for yourself and see.
I loved the Einkorn Bread. It has a great taste and is just like the excellent, high-quality bread we used to buy in Germany. However, I cannot buy it again because the price is outrageous: almost $20 for a small loaf is not something I can afford for every day consumption. Sad. Barbara Rittweger

I haven’t started the blood pressure teas but will be starting soon. I must say I wasn’t please with the cake roll that was sent to me instead of the lemon cake I wanted but you didn’t have. I was thinking why you have them on line to order if you can’t make them and send. I was not please with that at all. The bread I ordered was great. I am not putting down your product which I feel you guys do an excellent job. But I do want to give you my honest opinion. Thank you for all you do.
We ordered couple of items . Quality is good !it is tasty . But the size was much smaller than we thought
I have a gluten intolerance and I have read about this flour and was hopeful that it would be something I could tolerate. I thought the bread was delicious and the first 2 times I ate it I didn’t have a reaction and I was very excited. The 3rd time I had some I had a significant reaction to it. My symptoms are not stomach, it is an inflammatory reaction. Headache and joint pain and stiffness. I hope others are able to tolerate this bread but unfortunately I couldn’t.
I ordered the constipation tea and it worked as described. Based on my experience, I would start out slower than recommended to see how your body reacts. I expected bulk tea but received nice teabags.
Joseph's Organic Kamut Sourdough Bread is my favorite loaf! A while back, I had a dream to start eating bread with a long fermentation time. I came across Joseph's Organic Bakery and ordered some of their bread. When it arrived, I had another dream. In the second dream, I was shown their bread as a beautiful golden loaf and told that it was perfect for my body because it was so gentle that it caused no stagnation. Maybe this is one of the reasons why their bread is so healing. Also, I make sandwiches with this bread and eat until I am full, and I still feel light in the body and mentally focused afterward. As much as my whole body loves this bread, I think my taste buds may love it the most! Because of all the benefits I have experienced from Joseph's Organic Kamut Sourdough Bread, I would definitely call their bread miracle loaves!! :
I like all of the kamut bread But the pita bread is fantastically delicious I eat it fresh as it arrives from the bakery or freeze it and reheat The pita is absolutely exceptional with a taste out of this world, simply put it is better than any bread I have ever had.
