Dr. Smulsky graduated from the University of Detroit Dental School in 1967. Since opening his dental practice in Plymouth-Canton in 1969 and Hartland in 1988, he has completed hundreds of hours of advanced dental training. Dr. Smulsky is also an alumnus of the prestigious Pankey Institute, an educational organization formed in 1972 whose mission is to help dentists achieve professional excellence and deliver superior health care to their patients.
Dr. Smulsky is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Detroit District Dental Association, Livingston County Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Francis B. Veeder Crown and Bridge Society, and Academy of Osseointegration. In addition, he serves as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
