If it will be possible to add more stars I definitely would ! If you are looking to plan a special family event or any event this is the place ! Janie and her daughter Gabrielita are a blessing! Janie is very attentive, helpful, dedicated, patient, caring! She has a great plan to accommodate to your ideal event and does what she can to make it happen! She provides a great package, to include everything and provides a variety of options! Which is very helpful and stress relieving! Janie is always puntual and available at anytime to answer questions and provides suggestions to make your dream event come true! Decorations are beautiful and to your preferences! Food, cake, drinks is beyond delicious! This event center has a special and unique architecture, and great for photos/videos! I highly recommend this event center to anyone planning an event of any kind! Thank you Janie and your staff for doing your best in allowing me to have a beautiful and memorable wedding !

I had theeee best overall all experience with Jose’s cafecito courtyard and catering …. from the beginning of the planning to the food tasting to the day of! Ms Janie and all her staff are so professional and polite. She’s very helpful and sooo on point with my vision!!! I had so many questions and she had all the answers! I was a nervous wreck and she assured me everything would be ok and it wassss! We all had a fantastic time the dj played the best music and my guests were dancing all night the food was delish and the bartender was amazing drinks on point. The restrooms were fully stocked and clean. I paid for all inclusive and all inclusive is what I got THANK YOU JANIE AND STAFF FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK … till next event! I’m definitely coming back

BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE working with this venue and with Janie as venue/event coordinator. Visited venue and discussed with Janie my vision for our wedding in June 2021. She verbally quoted us a great price for an all inclusive wedding and we made a deposit. Communication with her was terrible, the vendors she secured for our big day were not professional, and six weeks before our wedding day she increased the quoted price by thousands of dollars. We ended up changing venues and planning our entire wedding by ourselves in six weeks due to her incompetence and inexperience. She also refused to refund our money even though she was at fault. I would give negative stars if I could

Their venue is so beautiful inside and outside! have created some amazing memories with family and friends there! the professionalism of the staff is top tier. have never had a problem with them. very respectful and considerate of their clients. always have the customers interest at heart. Not to mention their catering is amazing! they leave no crumbs behind. everything is exquisite. Have always referred to them for events and will continue to do so!

Jose’s Cafecito Courtyard was a great company to work with. Janie the owner was extremely polite and helpful. We did the food tasting first and ended up booking their venue for my wife’s bridal shower. The decor and the place was perfect. From the first food tasting to the actual day of our wedding, Janie made sure that everything ran smoothly. The price is very accesible and the food tasted great. Janie was great at communicating which we found to be very important when planning a wedding. We recommend them. Price, taste, and great customer service.

Exceptional service. I have had several events held at different venues and have NEVER been disappointed. Janie has always gone above and beyond to ensure that everything goes according to our itinerary. I strongly recommend them for your events. Great service at reasonable prices!!!!

Just had my wedding here on 02/05/22. The owner/wedding coordinator, Ms. Janie, made so many promises when I first spoke with her and we discussed plans. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said she would make it happen. The months went by and little by little I started to notice that many of the things she said were included, she later said were not. She went from “Yes, that’s included” to “No, that’s extra”. To top it off, we had 100 guests on our guest list. Ms Janie informed me 1 week prior to my wedding day that she would only have 40 chairs for my guests to sit in during the ceremony. She said she didn’t have enough chairs. Then on the day of my wedding she asks me if I had purchased champagne glasses for my 100 guests because she only had 20 glasses. She told me when I first signed her contract that things like glassware, silverware, etc were included. Ms. Janie also had a copy of my wedding day itinerary because she was supposed to direct the catering company when it came to serving our guests. This didn’t happen. Ms Janie disappeared and for an entire hour, while I was outside taking pictures with the photographer and my bridal party, the guests had no drinks, no salads, no food served, nothing. Just sat there while the catering company waited for someone to give them the cue to begin serving. Ms Janie also did not do any normal cleaning. The entrance floor was dirty and she didn’t clean even though I specifically asked her to sweep. There was also a marble countertop in the room where my ceremony was held and instead of clearing the countertop the day of the wedding, all the trash that was left there during setup, stayed there throughout my ceremony. She didn’t bother to throw any of it away or pick it up and move it to another area. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever.

I host marketing events in conjunction with Ms. Janie and bring in other vendors to showcase their services to prospect clients. Every time Ms. Janie makes herself available and has the entire venue ready for the vendors to come and set up. It has always been a very pleasurable experience.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this Catering service was. We booked them for my wedding and all the guests enjoyed their dinner. Janie was extremely helpful!! They did everything in their power to make sure everything was perfect!

Nice, clean and cozy venue to hold a small, but memorable event. They have clean and well-kept restrooms. Ample parking space available.
