I received an arrangement from Josie Posie for my Birthday, which came by way of a 1800-Flowers order that my husband placed. When I received the delivery, the arrangement was put together well, but I could tell immediately that the some of the roses were already bloomed to the point that they wouldn't last long, and that some of the greens were already wilting. By the very next day one of the roses was droopy and dead, and others were on the way out. It was like I received a very pretty arrangement that someone had already been enjoying for a week. So just one day after receiving the gift, I took a photo of the dead/droopy roses and I emailed Josie Posie. The manager, Jennifer, immediately replied that the "arrangement was fine when it left the store" but that she was would replace it earlier the following week and apologized. Then I never heard another word. I tried to contact her a couple of times and even included another photo of the arrangement a few days later when it was totally dead. Still, no reply or call back. The kicker is that I got our credit card statement and the thing was $91. Bottom line - product is bad and service is worse. Find another florist.
Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day thinking they would be a nice surprise while she was home with our new baby. They didn't show up till 8pm on Valentine's and two of the roses were dead. I called the store twice and got a machine, left messages and never got a call back. Would not recommend
I have been to many floral shops over the years. There are not many at all that have not only beautiful flowers, but ALOT of really neat things for your home as well. I have used Josie Posie Flowers a few times, and the service is ALWAYS friendly and makes me feel special. The quality of the flowers looks like each flower was meant to be in the arrangement. I can tell that they DEFINITELY take alot of pride in their work!!!
I purchased all of my flowers for Mother's Day through Josie Posie Flowers and they were all gorgeous. They all still look beautiful when I went and visited my mother yesterday and In-laws today and it has been a week! The service was amazing everyone was very friendly and very helpful!
Jennifer and her team at Josie Posie Flowers are so accommodating every time I call them! They have taken care of my flower sending even when it has been last minute. I very highly recommend them. They will take great care of you.
My husband is the oldest child in his family. His mother passed away a couple weeks ago. We went in 2 days before the service, picked out colors and what we wanted as a memorial trinket. We also gave them a backup flower with colors. Being the oldest he wanted to represent our family with a beautiful display. What was recieved was a vine with ONE white flower and a little angel statue, NOT one thing that we picked. NEVER again will we go to this dirty store never.
Josie Posie Flowers made the day for some Moms in need from our community today!! I called weeks ago about roses and walked in this morning to flowers ready to go. Such a beautiful shop and great, friendly service! Thanks again for making these early Mother's Day gifts extra special!!
When we lived in Manatee County, Josie's Posies was our go to for flowers. Their designers are fabulous and the customer service is extraordinary! They are very easy to communicate with and treat you more like one of the family than a "client." If you are looking for a designer, please give them a try!
My boss sent me to pick up roses for his anniversary. As this was my first time doing this for him, I wanted them to be perfect. I was treated like family and the flowers were so much more than I had hoped for! Josie Posie will be MY florist from now on. Thanks Josie Posie!
Ordered flowers for a funeral. It was supposed to be an arrangement of 60 red roses. There were only 37. When I spoke to her on the phone she told me there were 60. She even said that's what the order said was 60. How does 37 equal 60? It doesnt. This was for a funeral and in times like that you want things to be exactly as you state they be. Very disappointed custoner. Will not be purchasing from Josie Posie in Delaware again. She also told me to take it up with the company that I ordered it through. If you don't have enough flowers to make an arrangement be honest and don't except the order
