This Motel is ran by the same people that run the Yorkshire Motel in Claverack/Hollowville area.. All the reviews from the Past are accurate except the one 9 months ago from Kristy.. they mostly house homeless for social services..Rooms: 1/5
Beautiful motel. Extremely easy to get cozy quick. Having stores local within walking distance is a huge benefit for the location of motel. The owners are very helpful and very pleasant people. I would recommend this motel to others in life.Rooms: 5/5
Garbage on the floor, dead roach too. Stains on the endtable. Shady people/hookers ? No heat. No wireless. Owner did not answer my calls at 9p about heat. Smell of sewage in bathroom. When I finally did get in touch with owner's daughter because owner was "too busy" re: complaints her response was "tough luck, we already got your money". Real classy people!
Worst hotel we ever stayed at! We are not picky people, usually stay at discount hotels and motels to save a buck. If its clean we are are happy. This was not! You also have to call a number when you arrive because no one mans the lobby for check-in. They show up about ten minutes later I assume from home. That means no one is ever around if you need anything. We also had someone try our door twice while in our room leaving us feeling a bit anxious and unsafe and since no one in lobby there is no one to tell. We will not be back here!
There was no bath towels only one hand towel, stains all over the bed sheets, blanket and covers. cigarette butts on the floor, crack pipe on top of the fringe which didn't work. Called the owner and said someone would bring me clean sheets but didn't. WORST OF THE WORST
This place is terrible for a $500 deposit the rooms are terrible toilet clogged and overflowing window is boarded up,no smoke detector, holes in the walls,no one is ever in the office if we need anything..no wifi the walls are yellow for $300 a week and $500 deposit this place shoulduld be in much better shapeRooms: 1/5
No heat, bed bugs, trash everywhere, place need better owners.
Have never stayed there. Would never stay there. No onsite manager.
