Renting from Journey was such an easy process and totally worth skipping the chain companies at the airport. Taylor was so helpful and made our experience seamless. It also was an added benefit that our vehicle was so clean & comfortable!!! Totally worth every single penny. 100% recommend stepping away from the craziness and poor customer service at the airport and using Journey!
Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Journey Rent-A-Car car rental company! From start to finish, everything was seamless and hassle-free. We had last minute booking with Tom. He was friendly, professional, and provided all the information we needed for a smooth rental. We also got local restaurants recommendation. The process was incredibly easy. The car we rented was in excellent condition, clean, and ready to go when we arrived and it was last minute booking! Overall, a fantastic experience that made our trip so much more enjoyable. I'll definitely be choosing this car rental company again in the future! 5 stars without a doubt!

So glad I rented from Journey. Sure, you have to walk a little bit further at the airport to get to the carshare lot where you'll pick up your car. But along the way, you'll walk by long lines of people waiting at the other rental car companies. You will not have to wait in any line, and by "longer walk" I mean only about 2 minutes, around a small corner. If you call the Journey phone number, probably nobody will answer, and that put me off a little bit at first. But staff is extremely responsive by email and text. The experience could not have been easier and the staff could not have been nicer. This has changed the whole way I rent cars from now on. Thanks for a wonderful vacation Journey!
We had a great experience renting through Journey. It was so easy to pick up the car at the airport parking lot and drop off when finished. They provided us a super clean car that met all of our expectations for driving around Yellowstone while visiting Montana. I wish I could use them wherever I traveled!
We had a great experience with Journey rent-a-car Bozeman. We picked up at the airport and it was super easy and convenient. No waiting in lines at a pick up counter. Simply follow the signs to the ride share parking lot and their spots were on the first row. Will definitely use them again if we return.
Love it! Great service and communication. Car was very clean and in good shape. The service was smooth and easy, and also cheaper than 4 other places I checked out in the area. Definitely would use them again and would recommend to others! My only advice is to book them in advance to get the car you want. We wanted a suv but they were already taken so we opted for a smaller car.
Got a text a few hours before we arrived with our car's location and how to enter. Car was there and worked perfectly. Dropped off at the same location. Staff was quick to respond via text. No surprises at all. Would highly recommend.
Taylor and the team at Journey Rent a Car were incredible to work with. My company had an event with a tight timeline and we needed to rent two vans. Every other company was unwilling to work with our needs. Taylor called to confirm all the reservation details both at the time of booking and the night we were picking up the vans. He had the vans spotless and ready to go for us with an easy lockbox system, accommodating our request to pick up the vans after hours. I would highly recommend this company to anybody traveling to the Bozeman area. Thank you so much Taylor!
Incredible customer service. They helped me with back to back bookings on short notice while my truck was in the shop. Very accommodating to what I needed and they showed appreciation for the repeat costumers. Clean and well running vehicles. Will be using again
