The worst phone customer service ever!!! You should not have LAZY LITTLE KIDS WORKING AT YOUR STORE! I called in for a backpack told me they didn’t have it, I then asked to see if they can check the computer for a store that may have the product I was looking for and she said NO! I’ve worked retail I know they could! When I told her that and asked her name she hung up on me I then called back and she didn’t not pick up the phone! I called else where and they went over and beyond customer service and found a store that carried the product! I shop online with you all the time! I don’t want to stop because of a RUDE LAZY EMPLOYEE! Get it together! Hire people who actually want to work and do their job! Sounds like it’s not the first time you’re store encounters bad customer service!
Went in last weekend, as I walked in I saw a group of young women around the register, they looked at me like I was bothering them then went back to all talking together. Was ignored the rest of the time, not greeted, not asked if I needed help, nothing just dirty looks then ignored.
Bought a pair of Doc martin boots for daughter took them home she walked around in them for just a minute they didn’t fit in the heal. I took them back but because she had tried them at home they considered them worn. They were not worn. I was unable to get a refund of $161. I could only get a gift card to use there. BE AWARE. We will never shop there again.
AMAZING SERVICE!! I came in with a gift card that obviously stated i needed it there was an amazing employee by the name of ozzy love he was SO KIND! And went out of the way to get me my boots !! He made a few phone calls to get my gift card cleared so he could manually enter the card number so i wouldn't have to go all the way home and print the card and come back ! He was so patient I truly appreciate his services! I will be back soon !!!
My son had a $50 gift card that he wanted to use. Asked if they would cash out the difference of $5 guy said no just get a pair of socks and pay difference. Looked it up and CA It's a law they have to between $5 or $10. Called him out and he was like I said "I didn't know!" as I just over heard talk about commission and selling more accessories.
I want to start off by saying I've been to many Journey's Store all around So Cal and this store is by far the nices. I was having a rough day and I went into the store and there was a young women there who had the most wonderful customer service etiquette . Not only did she make my day brighter but she was able to help me in what I need. I was so blown away on how she treated me that I would diffently shop here again . Thanks again Benny for your help keep up the good work.
Manager is U N P R O F E S S I O N A L. I worked there & only lasted about a week because of the environment & the "manager" Omar's lack of responsibility. HORRIBLE experience. He Didn't even pay me my full check. He has me down for two days & I worked a total of 5! I brought it to his attention & he doesn't bother to fix it or get ahold of me. Something needs to happen.
Wife and kids were very happy with customer service. My wife got our daughter some doctor martens and she was very very pleased lady was very helpful there.
This particular location was terrible, we never were greeted when we entered. No one asked us if we needed help l, when we finally made a show selection with our young boys, the lady that seemed like she was supose to help just left us and never returned. The worst experience in my opinion.
