Yesterday had the worst experience ever. The workers are fight to sell rather than costumer service !!! Was gonna buy a few pairs of shoes and one ladie. Talked very bad try to fight for our sale. We walked out of store. Moments later. I felt bad about my kids shoes so i went back. And she trashed talked and sold me a pair of kids shoes. Missing one shoe. Really. Do that to a kid. Never buying from that store again. U lost a great costumer we buy shoes on monthly basis. In the harlingen mall to support our. Local mall.
I left a comment before, now I’m going to leave another. My daughter has really bad anxiety so she takes her therapy dog with her to calm her down. 2 of the Store’s associates male and female were mocking her and talked about throwing her dog if they ask to pet her therapy dog. I will never come here again. My daughter left the store in tears because she didn’t understand why someone would want to hurt her dog.
I was disappointed that when trying to get an idea of what my family member wanted and they were with me one worker didn't try to hide the fact that I was going to buy them for her, even though I had told them. Now the gift idea isn't a surprise.
I went to look at shoes and the sperrys they had there. I went in and this guy greeted me right away I told him I was browsing for shoes and he brought out like 6 pairs of shoes for me to Try on just to get an idea of what I want to get for school unfortunately I didn't catch his name but super friendly and definitely going back to get some black sperrys he showed me amazing service!
I really like journeys, that's where you can find your Van's or some decal shirts. Customer service is pretty good in my opinion, they are responsive as soon as you walk in. BTW did I mention you can get some cool Van's there without having to order online lol.
We just had the best experience here. Amazing employees helping my little girl pick out her shoes! Thanks guys

I remember when Journeys had a coffeeshop in it and had better quality shoes. Ah the 90s.
