I went to this store and I got help very quickly fast service and friendly,these girls deserve a promotion or a raise.I will be back soon

not the best experience by far, when there thursday night looking for a new pair of shoes and the young man seemed like he didn’t even wanna help me, he also had a bad attitude. there’s was three employees there and some of them definitely need customer service training.

I called the store today and asked for an item to be placed on hold, I was asked my name and I even spelled it. I drove an hour to store and was calling as I pulled up only to find out they sold the item I asked for someone to hold! I have never been more inconvenienced I wasted gas driving an hour only to be told there is nothing they can do. I have never been more angry with a store and the lack of as well as poor customer service! I can’t believe this is how this store operates and to have been on the phone with 2 managers and got no resolve is crazy

My daughter was able to find a deal on some tennis shoes. Great Price!!! We appreciate the text coupon that allowed us to save $5.00.

Nice place. Excellent customer service. Very friendly very helpful. Store was clean and the area to try on shoes is big and open which I loved.

I purchased two pair of shoes and socks. I enjoyed the interaction with the young man. He was pleasant and didn't rush my decisions.
